So sorry you are in pain! I have suffered with chronic pain for years now too. Have you looked into the mind-body connection (tension myositis syndrome)? I think it originated with Dr. John Sarno who has passed away. Nichole Sachs trained with him and has a great RUclips channel. There are lots of others out there too. A lot of people say it helped them. There is also a lot of info out there about how the brain makes pain tracks, so to speak, once you have an injury and sends out pain signals even if your tissues have healed. I find it all interesting and makes me feel more hopeful. There is a book called “The Way Out: A Revolutionary, Scientifically Proven Approach to Healing Chronic Pain.”

Matt I think you may be struggling with a Vitamin D deficiency and/or clacium. Chronic neck and shoulder pain commonly occurs with that deficiency. My guess is you are vegetarian or vegan. Please ask your professional to go over your blood panel closely to see. That Vitamin is vital to guard against depression too.Collagen Peptides can also be a plus for bones joints muscles and sleep. The time dilation thing is really weird. I spent 6 weeks in SE Asia that felt like 6 months, while in the US, 6 weeks goes by and I don’t even notice.

I just want to say a few years back you and the manifesto saved me from starving. It was a life saver and I went back and paid you for it when I could and paid a good amount . It was worth its weight in gold. I only wished that I could give you more than I did. Your knowledge is valuable even if you are not actively using it. I’m not sure if the sourcing or listing process is what’s causing you pain , but if it’s the sourcing maybe try a need video series on alternative sourcing methods. Something that would not only help you but us as well. I wish you the best no matter what you choose to do

Matt, your body is most likely out of alignment. Dr Wayne dyer hsd ur problem and hecssid it wss the body being out of alignment snd found a dr who gave him exercises. look into body out of alignment - most likely from the hips . can’t hurt!! wishing you good health and happiness.
