have you ever bought any of those sauces? Let me tell you, ive bought da bomb and it is not a joke!! it had me coughing and i had only used like a speck of it. The point i am trying to make is those wings are in no way tossed in all those sauces like they make it out to be.

Boehagon dude when they pick up the wing you can see the sauce dried into the skin, it changes the color of the wing. Also when guests try to take extremely small nibbles no matter where it is on the wing they still get the sauce. They are 100% tossed and covered in the sauces. Some peoples bodies have different responses to heat. Go watch Joey Diaz do the wings and his shirt gets DRENCHED in sweat, some people like this girl Issa don't sweat at all. Everyone has different tolerances and reactions. Also to answer your first question I do have the last dab and have used about half the bottle so far, it is indeed extremely hot.
Jaqua Brown What makes that comment so funny to me is how much my mom avoids anything spicy like it is the plague. She won't even put tabasco sauce on oysters or cook with any kind of hot spice including regular black pepper because she hates the spice sensation.

WARNING: DO NOT place a dollop of The Last Dab in a pot of boiling water; it will aerosolize! I was making a soup base and put some of the Scorpion pepper sauce in the water. I had some friends over while I cooked, and they all started hacking up. We didn't know what was going on until someone said all they could smell was pepper. I inadvertently "pepper sprayed" my friends!

Sean is such an expert at mirroring his guests. he sees how much of the wing they eat and matches, and for the last dab lots of cheers-ing but sometimes just eye contact and a nod. I feel like that kind of attention to detail is part of what makes him such a great interviewer.
Watching this back and he asked a lot of great interview questions. Love Issa, she conquered those wings with a smile.
