He isn't trying to dig up their personal life. He asks for their experiences and opinions. It's a pleasant exchange of thoughts. It feels more confortable and down to earth than most one-way interviews, that only focus on their most recent work.

Watching Halle is one of those unbelievable experiences where you see someone so startlingly beautiful, you have to look again because no one can be that beautiful, right? Halle is like that, but is also so real, down to earth, adorable, a genuine lady. Open, sharing, a good sport in a stressful situation, quietly familiar and good-natured, absolutely poised, gracious.
