Hands down best interview this WHOLE SEASON. Been watching the lad since Attack The Block an man's has grown into such a well, humble an bright young fellow.
I’ve actually never heard of him, plus the new Star Wars don’t excite me. I feel old as I haven’t really heard of any of the guests since Gordon Ramsey appeared on, and I’m only 27.
That is such a lovely accent, I kinda wish that Finn had spoken like John's regular voice. I was hyped as hell when the Force Awakens trailer dropped because I thought he was gonna be the main character. That look he had right at the end was glorious. Immediately after eating the last dab he had the look of "I immediately regret everything!"
When John put a full line on the last dab and Sean was like woah! I could tell he was thinking, should I tell him thats too much or lets see what happens for ratings. and he went with the step back and watch what happens.
Damn, he's such a fine, educated brotha. He's exactly the type I hope to find when I finally make my way to London after all this is over. John, keep doing your thing, honey ❣️ 🤗
His arc was the biggest disappointment I had for the trilogy. I cant stand 2 and 3, but after watching awakens I had hope for his character development. I was furious when they made his character a black troupe because they clearly didnt know what to do with Finn. I had no hope for Rey or Poe.
I'm old school: my Dad took us to see the original trilogy in the theatre. As an adult, I went with my best mate to see Phantom Menace....and the minute they wasted Darth Maul's character, I knew there was no hope for the franchise, no matter how beautiful Ewan MacGregor is.
I feel like John isn’t conventionally attractive; like he DEF is a hottie but his face isn’t like a regularly attractive face. It’s like a unique attractiveness which I ADORE
As much as I enjoy watching Hot Ones, I like it when a guest calls Sean out for ignoring their suffering as he asks them questions and proceeds with the interview.
I mean that’s kind of the point of the show isn’t it? Some of the best questions are saved for the hottest sauces so that the answers will be funnier and more genuine.

What do you mean? His character is the best of the new trilogy, his character's arc is very good and he ends up giving Poe a real lesson on how to be a hero.
I love him for the mere fact that he stood beside Anakin being the strongest jedi in star wars period.
Obi-Wan did slice that ass up though
Obi was lucky and he said so himself. Anakin let his ego and rage get the better of him by coming at him recklessly... He had the high ground!
@@Felis-Concolor also lost his arm to Dooku though, don't forget about that.
meh... he stood beside Anakin being stronger than Rey. Huge difference. Everyone knows Anakin wasn't stronger than Palpatine, Yoda, and multiple other characters that might or might not be Disney canon.
@@itsneight1260 Anakin was naturally more gifted than any Jedi ever but never reached his potential. If we're going off pure force potential though, Anakin is the most powered Jedi ever.
I want Ewan McGregor on here so he can start the episode with, "Hello There"
Lol I wanna see Adam Driver on as well. I’d be dying

Hot Ones always makes me a fan of whoever is being interviewed.
It humanizes them & shows their vulnerability at times
Except for fucking joe Budden
Same for me except Kristen Stewart. Somehow I dislike her even more.
Except DJ khaleed, he was one of the worst guests
Ian Mount there are some exceptions where the person is just really freaking annoying
"I pray to you Issa Rae. Guide me." - John Boyega
Terrance Porter 🤣
Him and Idris should do a movie together, using their normal speaking voices. Buddy comedy or something. It would be legendary.
For real bruh
Yes two amazing, respectable, talented actors, they would kill it
Like taken but for British knife crime and the gang culture that would be an amazing film I feel.
John had me weak the WHOLE interview he’s funny af, great episode
Damn. This dude is super chill. He deserved better than what Disney put his character through. May he move one to better things.
Honestly why didn’t we get a young english black Jedi.
@Bolaji Windapo France and Spain don't exist in the star wars universe.
@Bolaji Windapo Sure, it could have french inspiration, but France or even earth itself does not exist in the star wars galaxy.
Bolaji Windapo because there are no French characters? Honestly no that hard to figure out lol.
We did 😭
Master roadman.
Mad respect, John seems like he's having so much fun
This guy is so real. Finn deserved so much more. Mad respect for this guy and everything he stands for.
"did i flinch?" = Shaq's "i didn't make a face though!"
yes. yes you did.
Right
Why isn't he allowed to use his British accent in Star Wars? Cause like everyone else in the empire is British.
they thought american english worked better with his character
DoctorLazers, because Disney Star Wars is shit and ignores the prior films that showed the Imperials as having British accents.
@@technotoad2566 no? Its because he was a stormtrooper and British accent doesn't work with it and he said it himself it doesnt work
@@technotoad2566 well thats what they said, i dont influence anything in the movies
@@technotoad2566 Accents have never made sense in Star Wars. They seem to be assigned at random.

Hands down best interview this WHOLE SEASON. Been watching the lad since Attack The Block an man's has grown into such a well, humble an bright young fellow.
You're a fool
He’s right up there with Paul Rudd and Noel Gallagher in my opinion. Loved this as a season finale!
2:43 I love how his face just literally lights up at the mention of Tottenham and the Chicken Connoisseur
"My soul is burnt to a crisp!" - John Boyega, 2019
Just like Anakin
His whole character and personality is so mellow and chill. He seems like a very pleasant young man ❤
He's a stiff.
I’ve actually never heard of him, plus the new Star Wars don’t excite me. I feel old as I haven’t really heard of any of the guests since Gordon Ramsey appeared on, and I’m only 27.
FINIKY and?
FINIKY fqf
I agreed, it seems like if you hang out with him he'd having you doubled over laughing. Love people who are naturally goofy

I’ve just realised that Finn and Poe have the same energy as Troy and abed
~Finn and Poe in the morning~
@@TitoTimTravels nights
What about JD and Turk
Not at all actually
I love troy and abed in the morning
That is such a lovely accent, I kinda wish that Finn had spoken like John's regular voice. I was hyped as hell when the Force Awakens trailer dropped because I thought he was gonna be the main character.
That look he had right at the end was glorious. Immediately after eating the last dab he had the look of "I immediately regret everything!"
When John put a full line on the last dab and Sean was like woah! I could tell he was thinking, should I tell him thats too much or lets see what happens for ratings. and he went with the step back and watch what happens.
Good ole Sean
These interviews are so natural and real that I was scared to touch my eyes the entire time, like my fingers were covered in spice from the wings.
Damn, he's such a fine, educated brotha. He's exactly the type I hope to find when I finally make my way to London after all this is over. John, keep doing your thing, honey ❣️ 🤗
I love his energy lol "catching wines at carnival"
The Star Wars disaster was not John's fault. He is a good guy.
It's none of the actors fault, I never saw issue with how they delivered their lines, its the overall narrative that's the issue.
Of course. The fault is always gonna be on the script writer. You can only do so much with a shitty script, no matter how good an actor
Kadeem John it’s the exact inverse of the prequels
Well, despite the fact that his character got completely fucked over, most people still liked Finn
john boyega is one for comedy, not star wars.
They tried so hard turning the sequels into comedy
“Small budget and only on 20 screens”
The sarcasm is strong with this one!
Dude imagine how good the sequel trilogy could have been if they explored his arc a little bit more
His arc was the biggest disappointment I had for the trilogy.
The white turtle neck is a bold decision for eating hot wings
Why? The wings are not very saucy.
If I'm not wrong Issae Rae was in full white and she did good too.
b1k2q3 * hot and restricting
Boyega: All I see is flaming circles
Sean the Flaming Circle: That is not a personal problem. That is not a personal problem.
The editing in this episode was too good. It's always good but I was CRYING by the end
John Boyega has an incredibly attractive personality. Like, he's conventionally attractive but he's also charming and confident AF.
Yeah, its the confidence.
I actually think the opposite for the confidence part - he’s got a little too much confidence for me. Seems like a nice guy, though.
@@Sizzox I've long been fully aware. Lol. Just simply sharing one of my favorite concepts of the show.
I feel like John could be cast as a young Denzel if the need ever was ever there for a young vs old Denzel movie.
