I love it!!! This would even be great with the decoupage covering the entire mirror... maybe leaving some spots of mirror showing through, if the mirror is really in bad shape!!! Great idea! You're very cool and creative!!

Well you Twitch'd it and it is gorgeous! I had no idea where this piece was going but I enjoyed the journey and the end result is indeed amazing. Not only is Paul your barista friend he also has a discerning eye. I think every home should have at least one dark, mysterious and stunning piece. I am always drawn to the unexpected. (You were wise to take time off to allow yourself to recover. On another RUclips channel I follow the guy had a cold and kept pushing himself. He ended up with pneumonia. He was able to avoid hospitalization - but just barely. His stamina is returning but his strength just isn't the same. It's a slow process.)

I think you’ve just hit on a great intro “anxiety ridden coffee drinking weirdo” should form part of your standard intro for every video. It’s you, it’s perfect and then you wouldn’t be stressed about coming up with a different intro for each video. xx

just now seeing your video. what we used to do in decorative painting was to use sticky notes to block out the paint. dont have to mess with all that tape. great video! you did a wonderful job.

Thank you for all the techniques you articulate as you go. Every one of them (cutting wood-ubend to connect, scrapping off extra adhesive, using black for shadow, cutting your small brush…all of them I said “of course!!” It really helps to see how in art, I’m so grateful. It’s lovely.
