Ive been working on this for awhile. And I have noticed a big difference.i have had fibromyalgia for 7 years after a life changing car accident. Meds for pain almost killed me it gave me congestive heart failure Now im doing inner work and working on peace in my life. When u live with this its so challenging. Im always working on myself. I got rid of people that are not good for me or that are toxic. Life has changed since than. Theres still pain but I know how to live and pace myself. This is key. Thank u❤

You are describing my entire life. Jesus Said..”Say Yes when you mean Yes..Say No when you mean No.” I needed to learn this. I needed to leave church. I needed to be free of a man I was married too. Now..as I am older and paralytic..I am learning what my body wants me to eat. It is about having a close relationship with your Spirit and Body and Mind. I am Learning and sometimes..It Hurts! ❤😊

Thank you. You are so right about not identifying with fibro or anything else painful and trying to see it more objectively. Also, when some of my symptoms started I sought out information to better understand and found there are multiple groups for just about any somatic known to man and they all are similar in that everyone tells their own story and discusses the item endlessly. The problem is what you focus on becomes more real/bigger and by constantly focusing on it keeping it very live.
I know there are many days when I am very focused on pain it is hard not to focus on it but constantly participating in forums and group chats about it just solidifies it.

I have been healing for a year and seven months and it has not gone away. I be good for weeks and it comes right back definitely days with weather.
However I do move and walk and keep going no matter what!
Questions do you have fibromyalgia and do you know how it really feels for us people who have it?

Hey Tom, Honoring that you've faced a lot to arrive in this current place and time. Hearing that your body is having some specific responses, I'd need more details to say more but I do have a good grounding guide that can sometimes help minimize pain, If you're interested let me know .

That is at 10:30 about into the video for reference and for a deeper explanation, but it was referencing describing your sensations and feelings objectively without a label, be very descriptive on your feelings , not just calling it the "fibro" to help open more pathways to healing options.

Can I ask, do you have fibromyalgia? I find your approach to fibromyalgia very esoteric, which makes me think that you have absolutely no idea what it is like to suffer from such a disease. I respect your attempt to support others - but this approach comes across as a complete lack of compassion or acknowledgment of fibromyalgia sufferers. When you are 36 years old, and a mother to very 2 young children and are on a walking frame, wearing adult nappies, come back and tell me how you feel. Tell me how you thank your disease. Tell me how your 2 year old and 8 month old baby completely understand why mummy can’t play with them anymore, Mummy can’t get you out of the bath, Mummy can’t change your nappy. Daddy is doing absolutely everything. Tell me that’s something to make a blase, casual comment about I’m just having a moment today.... every joint in my body is in absolute agony and I’ve pissed myself three times, just trying to get to the bathroom on time - but it’s all fine if I change the way I look at this.
Please, tell me that you’d feel that’s the solution. I apologise for sounding harsh. I’ve had a flare up that’s been going for 2 months now. My son’s 3rd birthday is 7 weeks away, and I don’t know if I’m going to be able to make his cake, wrap his presents, give him a memorable day.
I’m newly diagnosed with a flare that started, and isn’t going away. I wish I could be grateful for this, and just look at it differently, and it will make it all better, but that’s simply not a conceivable approach for me right now - and I’m an incredibly spiritual person. Lived in an ashram for 10 years. I have a very healthy relationship with God, and see this in a very different way.
I know my comment sounds horribly harsh, but I assure you, it’s only others with chronic fibromyalgia that would understand

I have Fibromyalgia, a long with 5 other diseases. I see a big difference between my Fibromyalgia symptoms verses some of my other symptoms. I honestly think she is on the right track. I have done some somatic body stuff & yes it is sooo hardddd to do, but I have noticed some benefits. I just wanted you to hear it from someone who knows what you experience everyday. I understand the suckiness, I promise! But I also don't want to live the rest of my life in the suckiness.

The only way I know of to find healers who do not spout nonsense like this is on Facebook groups. For those that this sounds like a sick joke to, the best way to find an alternative medicine healer who isnt like this for problems like this is to ask for referrals on FaceBook groups for fibromyalgia, and any related issues, such as Mast Cell Activation (if you have trouble eating almost any food) and medication damage or mold exposure. You should be able to ask people about finding a healer from there

Gotta cry alot. Can't heal anything without letting emotions out. May need healings to remove trauma and counseling to help work on living in the moment and realize your in control. When you make your mind up to heal you will. Have to dig deep be vulnerable. You are God in not separate from you. Read self help books. Look for others that healed from trauma or other diseases. It seems you kinda pessimistic. 🤔 you have to love yourself unconditionally ❤️ 💜 not easy. Be honest with yourself. Life is Journey. Look into everything and everything. There are so many alternatives to help your body heal. Clear your energy. Listen to frequencies every night. Change your diet. Look into ASEA or Revive. Trust Me when you decide to heal you will. ✨️ it takes effort. Baby steps. Deep breathing. Do the work 💪
