Those are people who lack self esteem and they are just exposing their insecurities to you. So don't allow someone insecurities belittle you in anyway and remember dark is beautiful.

Colourism in Kenya? Really? Some people will complain about anything to gain attention! The lady complaining has a self esteem problem. She has not experienced what racism based on skin colour is; visit the western world and see it furst hand 😢😢😢. I am very dark skinned from central kenya and have never experienced this. I feel at home in Kenya. This is obviously a serious overgeneralisation emanating from some girl banters, which any confident lady can ignore. Please, Kenyans do not entertain skin color talk among Kenyans. We have better things to think about.

Im a kenyan light skin but I have a forehead, so in my life i have had comments about my forehead when sometimes in arguments with someone, so it's not only colour skin but just human being looking for any weakness you have to use it while insulting its just to add weight 😅

The headline is misleading, and the Kenya lady is confusing race with colorism. Black is a race of people who are darker, fair, and lighter. 99% of Kenyans are black

@DGLOBALPRINCESS My understanding is that the lady complaining has a personal self esteem problem. You also said you didn't experience this in Kenya. That lady is creating a mountain out of a mole hill. I am Kikuyu and very dark skinned. I have never experienced this.
