It’s time for two hardcore BMWs to go head-to-head!
We’ve got our hands on the all-new BMW M3 CS, and it’s set to face off against the almighty BMW M4 CSL!
So let’s see how the two compare. Starting with the M3 CS, it’s based on the new BMW M3 xDrive, so it comes with a 3-litre twin-turbo straight-six under the bonnet, which the power output increased from 510hp in the standard car, to 550hp. Torque remains the same, at 650Nm, and the car tips the scales at 1,765kg. It comes with all-wheel drive, and as new the car costs £116,000.
Then we have the M4 CSL. Just like the M3, this car is based on the new M4. The power output is the same as the M3 CS, so the 3-litre twin-turbo straight-six puts down 550hp and 650Nm, but unlike the M3, this power is sent to the rear wheels only! However, it has one key advantage over the M3 - it weighs only 1,625kg!
So how will this one play out - will it be a clean sweep four-wheel power? Or will the lighter car snatch it? There’s only one way to find out for sure… LET’S RACE!

Look at the drag race between M5 CS and the 812 Superfast. On the 1/4 mile the BMW wins for 0.01" (and has less power - 635hp against 800 hp - and more weight than Ferrari - 1825 kg BMW; 1744 kg Ferrari). The same happened among 911 TurboS (winner, but less power than both the competitors: 650hp against 770 hp Lambo, 800 hp 812 Superfast) and Lambo SVJ and 812 Superfast in drag race 1/4 mile.
FWD the worse
On another channel, the 440i xDrive beat an M4 RWD.
Like it should be the other way. AWD FTW for launches.

Ingredients:
- 1 package (about 16 ounces) of lasagna noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
- 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
3. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
4. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet with the ground beef, and cook until the onion is softened.
5. Stir in the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, basil, oregano, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Let the sauce simmer for about 10 minutes.
6. In a separate bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, egg, and chopped parsley until well combined.
7. Spread a thin layer of the meat sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
8. Arrange a single layer of lasagna noodles over the sauce.
9. Spread about half of the ricotta cheese mixture over the noodles.
10. Sprinkle about one-third of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the ricotta mixture.
11. Repeat the layers - meat sauce, noodles, ricotta mixture, and cheeses - until all the ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of meat sauce and a sprinkle of cheeses on top.
12. Cover the baking dish with foil, and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
13. Remove the foil, and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
14. Let the lasagna rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
15. Slice and serve hot. Enjoy your homemade lasagna!
You should measure how long does each vehicle need to stop at the break test and have an all time top list. I think it would be great!

Wow, what a match-up between these two Bavarian beasts! 🏁 The M3 CS and M4 CSL are clearly at the top of their game. Love that BMW bumped the horsepower to 550 for both. 🔥
That being said, the weight difference is significant! The M4 CSL weighing 140kg less could make a considerable difference in handling and potentially lap times. 😲 Plus, the rear-wheel-drive in the M4 adds that raw, traditional sports car feel many enthusiasts crave.
I think the M3 CS offers an excellent balance with its all-wheel drive, especially in variable road conditions. But for purists who are all about that rear-wheel life, the M4 CSL seems to be the go-to.

You should do the M3 xDrive vs M5 Competition, as well as the M3 CS vs M5 CS. Still no one on RUclips with those videos and you definitely can get those cars together i'd imagine.

@@ar-1510no it won’t M3C xDrive or M3CS vs M5C is pretty much a dead heat in the 1/4 mile and the M3CS is faster on a road course than even the M5CS.
M3 CS with slight tuning can literally be fastest the BMW

These machines usually protect themselves before faulting or blowing.
The new ones are decently reliable, they have learned since the plastic water pump + radiator days...however Mercedes is generally still more reliable than BMW

Video was funny, but disappointed it wasn’t revealed to Yianni that you switched to AWD. I wanted to see his reaction.
Agree, the reason he didn’t though was because Yianni would have highlighted that he was better then when the cars were comparable ie both RWD. So really the M3cs is only better at launches other than that the M4csl destroyed the M3cs. However would it have made any difference if Mat had disengaged the M3’s 4WD on the rolling race or is that what he did in the last one
