Really like your videos and I am still following your meal plans from about 3 to 4 years ago that when you posted. I personally would not choose the cereal I would use oatmeal instead. The cereal is refined and will make a person hungry sooner. I personally still cut oatmeal.

I don't understand why women are so scared of the "big and bulky"... First of all, you are not a bodybuilder to begin with. That's not your goal. Second, you are not eating like one. Third, you are not lifting heavy enough nor consistently enough. Trust me, you will never accidentally become a bodybuilder.😂 This is coming from a women who has taken creatine, 20 years ago. I never used anabolics. Nor will i ever. Bodybuilding is a sport. It takes many years to build muscles. 5 or more of extremely consistent workouts and heavy lifting. So, women, dont worry. You will not get big and bulky.😅😊
Haha yes. I work out 3 times a week to max reps but I'm not committed to eating like a bodybuilder. Healthy yes but not counting or bulking. After 2 years I barely see muscle definition (although strength went up).
First time watching one of your videos and I was immediately struck by your hair color… It didn’t seem to fit you. I went back and looked at some of your older videos and, as I suspected, you look much better with lighter hair. You’re a stunning girl and I totally mean this as constructive criticism. The reaction I had is the same one that I have sometimes when dark haired people dye their hair blonde and it washes them out. In your case, the reverse is true. I think the dark hair and eyebrows is just too harsh for your delicate features. ❤

I’ve just watched a video from 6 years ago and her hair is dark. She has bangs now. She is a beautiful lady and I love her accent and attitude 😊
