😂😂 “You make this once in a blue moon. Mmmm… it’s blue tonight!” 💙 Haha how did I miss this in the other video?! Love your dad Neisha! He’s such a joy! ❤️
What's the recipe?
Yeah really
It's Maria Emmerichs recipe.
What does that mean?@@chkwgn460
It's Marie Emmerich's recipe. Go to her web site to get it.
Who..what ...where?....
Can we please get a link to the recipe?
It's on Neisha's video.
Thank You Maria!!!!!
Its NOT REGULAR wheat/semolina pasta people. its basically GELATIN( Its animal based after all)& EGGS & WATER! There are several "carnivore pasta" "Keto-pasta" recipes out there. The "goo" is baked on parchment lined pans, refrigerated and cut into strips to make lasagna ir thinner for fettuccine. You dont have to cook it again Once its covered with meat sauce, its basically a "texture" thing. Nobody would know.
she used lunch meat not egg noodles
She used plain slice Deli roasted turkey instead of noodle's
Yes... but she also does a recipe with sliced turkey instead of noodles
I watched Neisha’s full video the day before… definitely the turkey slices not pasta… and definitely want to make 😋
Wrong. It's sliced turkey deli meat.
Yes Maria is amazing!
Maria Emmirich has a couple of recipes but it's the carnivore one that I believe they're talking about and it's on her e-cookbook is my understanding.
I just dont see how the pure carnivore one can possibly trick anyone into thinking its real lasagna. Theres no tomato sauce, no spices, nothing. Just beef and different cheeses. I dont think thats the one they're eating. Its probably the one on her site with the italian sausage and a bunch of other ingredients.
@@DoctorBendOver everything seems carnivore except for the sauce that is low carb
Yeah, they mentioned Marinara, so it can’t be carnivore.
I've been making this for well over two years. Hubby loves it. Even took it to our church family dinner. They loved it.!
Recipe?
Ok. Recipe PLEASE!
Its a private recipe. You're not in the club
@@chiclettlol 😂😂😂😂
Later thin turkey ricotta sauce, rst onion and garlic oregano just a guess, lol
She definitely knows what she’s doing!! When I cycle off Lion, it’s ALWAYS my first go-to!!
Google Maria Emmerick keto lasagna recipe. She uses thinly sliced deli chicken slices in stead of pasta. ❤
Sounds lovely 😂
Very delish but not a fan of the deli meat, I will leave out next time, call it noodless lasagna.
I've made this many times. Sooo good!
Oh man I was so happy to your dad ,Neisha! It has been awhile! Can't wait to make the lasagna!
Carnivores bash vegans for imitating meat dishes while they do the same exact thing. Thank God I'm not in either cult.
After watching this I went to the kitchen and came up with my own very lazy bachelors version, if anyone is interested: Blend together 1 steak, 8 strips of streaky bacon (the narrow ones), small jar of tomato pasta sauce, several dashes of tabasco...you end up with a thick paste...get a small baking tin and add half the paste, then a layer of cheese, then the rest of the paste and more cheese. Mine goes in the oven for 12 minutes, 230degrees. Note - my tin is about the size of a generous piece of lasagna...or about the size of a store-bought ready-made lasagna.
This is great, I can’t wait to try it- I was beginning to get in a rut and needed something different- thank you! I wonder how the egg life wraps would be in place or in addition to the chicken breast.
I’m trying this recipe tonight. We don’t do cheese or tomato sauces often, but it’s a nice treat. Looks so good.
Love the sound effects after each bite😂
❤sounds YUMMY 😋
Any plan to share the recipe ?❤

HEHEHE Doc in his happy place!!!!! I love you two. I'd be too scared to eat that right now. I am full Carnivore (6 weeks) and I would be so scared to eat that :( It looks so yummy though!
Did not have high hopes for this recipe but dang that was good. I dropped sauce to 2.5 cups (vs 4) and left out parmesan cheese to drop carbs a bit.
Maria Emmerich has some amazing recipes. You should look up the hard boiled eggs pudding recipe, it’s incredible!
Maria says in the carnivore lasagna video that Dr. Berry likes her “other” lasagna recipe - how can we know which one?
I think its the 3 year old video and the links in the description. Has a bunch of stuff in it like italian sausage and a few vegetables. Otherwise i dont see how it could possibly taste like lasagna.
Ken, for goodness sake, reply to this one. 😄
We could try em both n see what we like best 😊

I’ve also seen Lasagne made with slices of deli meat (chicken or turkey) as the pasta.
You should try her breakfast lasagna… Oh My Gosh. Absolutely figgin amazing!
I Love You Doc
Let me guess. Maria Emmerich I have her cook books! She’s amazing.
I love all her lasagna recipes. Alfredo is my fave! Tomorrow I’m making her cordon bleu lasagna.
Love this!!
Made this and very good. I do, however, recommend changing the oven cooking temperature in the recipe from 425 to 350 degrees.
I use egg life wraps for my lasagna and it’s amazing!
Pedro is THE best 😂❤
Chuckles, the reactions from both men says it all!!
I think Neisha may need to make this a bit more often than "once in a blue moon".
Is there supposed to be a recipe, or what?
I bet it’s on Maria Emmerich RUclips or in her cook book. She’s the carnivore keto cooking queen! She makes insane things out of meat. And it’s all so so good.
Neisha posted it yesterday on RUclips
I've made Maria's Protein Noodle Lasagna several times, I agree it's super yummy and you cannot tell there is no pasta in it!
Would you please share the recipe?
Do you mind posting the recipe for this? Thank you in advance.

Lasagna is one of the reasons I'm having trouble going carnivore!
Does doc ever post the recipes?
😮oh don’t you worry!!! i’m making this very soon!!🎉❤
The Chris Cooking Nashville version is amazing and it does not use sliced turkey deli meat and like people say you can not tell the difference check it out!!!!
Maria Emmerich, love her recipes...own 3 cookbooks
Thanks for the recipe..........
I got a question. Will high protein kick me out of KETOSIS. I've been doing Ketovore for a week. Im already starting to feel better and my high blood pressure is gone and now at optimal levels. So thankful
Yes, too much protein intake will raise blood sugar.
Priceless reactions! 😂😂😂
Would of been nice if you gave us the recipe! Thought you all wanted to help us! Bet Dr BERG WOULD HAVE SHARED IT!
Your dad is the funniest!!!!
Just a question on thyroid medication synthroid and carnivore diet. Been over a week since I went from keto to carnivore, meat fish chicken pork. I have not found information on reducing thyroid medication taken every day as you progress through the carnivore journey. Goal being to get my thyroid to work with out it or very little of the medication. I’m sure I’m not the only one that wants to know. Love your channel
It takes awhile on carnivore for the hormones to get better and balance out. Check out Dr Berry’s interview w/ Dr David Brownstein on how iodine can help thyroid issues. Even if taking thyroid meds, iodine is still needed.
Recipe please! 😁
I use the Egglife wraps in place of the noodles.
I am very new to the carnivore diet. I see people use iodine drops. But I don't know why. I'm allergic to iodine in seafood and when I've had surgeries Drs use something else to clean the area. I wonder if I need to find an alternative.
Thanks
Hubby loves lasagne- wonder if he’d notice. Must try it. 🍝
Just made this lasagna for my husband today!! I can't have dairy though, so will just be enjoying my spaghetti squash and meat sauce 🥰

I made it and it was a game changer for me. No more pasta. Delicious.
If you made burger buns somehow with just animal product, that would be next level too!
They do. Eggs and shredded cheese. Mix and pour into muffin top pans and bake. Or on cookie sheet. Make pancakes or crepes with eggs and cream cheese , blend and make into pancakes
Way to go!!

I have made this several times for church potluck and it is always gone. I make a HUGE pan of it, hoping for leftovers, but end up with none. People ask me to make it all the time!

Who is Neisha?
I make my lasagna with spaghetti squash, if you blanch it then make a paste and spread it out and let the paste set then cut it into strips and cook it on low heat in the oven for a few minutes it is almost indistinguishable from pasta...just not a big turkey fan lol
Anyway to get the Recipe?
GELATIN? 😄 I never even considered that. But why not, frankly.
I have made lasagna plates, wraps and pizza bottoms from eggs and found that blending the eggs is a shot to one's own foot. The homogenization weakens the final product, whereas a light whisking will leave a wrap much, much more tear resistant. Try it! You'll notice a difference in handling strength compared to a blended egg approach. It also worked with lasagna plates.
For burger buns I have done something similar, but added a little bit of almond flour and baking soda (I think it's called) to make the mass rise and become fluffy as a bun. It worked nicely.
Other that that, we've made "meurgers" with chicken breast filéts as buns. That's vastly superior in my opinion. 😄
Chicken breasts also double nicely in the "meazza" as a beauuutiful pizza bottom for tomato sauce, cheese and whatever toppings one might wish for. Can be baked with an egg mass first, to make a more uniform base for the toppings. It's rather nice.
And for the patient reader here's a bonus ... do try this as well:
Instead of Panko- or other "raspings" as a covering (I have zero idea what it's called in English), try crushing pork rinds in the blender, until the bits have a panko-like size. Then put your chicken breast filéts in whisked eggs and then pork rinds and fry them. 😎 You will take both chicken and pork to the next level. It is heavenly! 🥰

@@PonderosaPea thank you 🌻
Is this frozen, or did they make this?
It's made from scratch and you use thin sliced chicken or turkey lunch meat in place of the noodles. Otherwise it's exactly like regular lasagna!
Oh man, I miss my mom’s lasagna. I will def look into this recipe. Veggie lasagna is literally violence.
Yes I want to know the recipe also
it's on Neisha's RUclips channel, she made it yesterday
If you can lay hands on some ground elk you will be amazed how excellent it is in lasagne!
So it’s with pasta or without?
Without pasta. Turkey breast is in place of the noodles.
No pasta, just meat ,sauce and cheese. Sliced turkey breast for lasagna noodles, meat, cheese, no sugar marinara. Carnivorically delicious 😋
I remember her saying she had a recipe but i never saw it
