I tried doing the first half of your video, build a sh*t ton of violens on a lot, then I moved a room mate sim into that lot, had them shove all of them in their inventory, moved them back into my active household, placed the violins and sold them. Nobody lost anything.
Better money glitch:
Transfer ONE sim Spencer-Kim-Lewis over to your personal household and take all their money. After that go to the "Goth" family transfer the SKL sim to the Goth family then exchange the SKL family member for all the money.
Thats a limited amount of money though
Yeah I started a art goblin and got it to 100k and I’m using that as a dummy so I can swap the preexisting household back over while my vampire overlord power couple takes all their riches and leaving the game as normal as possible. Thanks for the video!!!
While in Sledgehammer Mode, You can hover over a violin (When it’s green) Hold A on Xbox or X on PS4 and drag over the other violins and let go. Quickly sold 😁
On Xbox when you use sledgehammer if you hold A and highlight what you want to sell you can do multiple/all your violins at once instead of one by one. ✌🏽
So as soon as I moved my created sim in the violin heaven, the trophy popped, didn't even have to touch the violins.
So still works, good to know

Still works just faster U can move place the same item multiple times and ubcan just destroy the place if U did it with a household U don't want to keep 😅 made 7m in 15 mins :)
This still works on PS4 as of November 21 2020 uses it to get the 1 million dollar trophy 👍
I used a similar method, but merged and transfered money from Sims who weren't part of the world.
Then I ended up with over 7 million simoleons.

I dont get a lot of time to play with two young sons. when removing the violion if yoy click and hold the x button and select a group of them, it will sell the entire group of them ar once.
Its easier to do it on an empty lot. You go into create a sim, once you’re done move them to the biggest empty lot. Once they are moved you simply go to edit lot instead of playing with the Sim. Add the Violins, then exit lot. Then highlight your sims lot, sell violins. Sim will be filthy rich and you can move them to whichever house you choose. This will not affect trophies and you are good to go on PS4.

Are you able to "let go" of the new characters you used to get the money? So the only sim you're in control of is the ones you start with?
Why when i do it does it keep kicking both households out of their houses??? It transfers their names and current funds, not the homes. Shows the homes as vacant afterwards. Am i missing something???

technically could i make a dummy character with 20k buy an empty little hous. make an actual character and swap homes with them and sell the violins....then delete the dummy character so no body would lose their home ?

So how do I keep money of I move out of said house and move family back in?
Put some expensive items in the Sims personal inventory. Sell them off when that SIM is in the lot of your own choosing

Is this patched I tried placing the violins but I can only place there as I only have 55k

Unfortunately not, as far as i recall enabling cheats disables trophies, this method still works seemingly (comments confirming recently) and because cheats aren't technically enabled, you're still able to get trophies after using this. Not in the least the Rosebud trophy. Thanks for watching and commenting. 🖖

I did when i filmed this, it's not one of the built in cheats, it's just taking advantage (exploiting) something that is available to you, so yeah you will do. Thanks for watching. 🖖

It is not easy to to get more money for the Sims 4 when you have to to create a SIM and you already got a SIM or you can say free Sims or together and you already got two SIMs that you created well I am all the same as together but at the beginning there was free Sims a man a woman and a bomb baby that she had no need to kill the other two things that I created because they have 100 369 of money and that could be used for or a new house and better stuff for man and wife and baby but I like to ask how can you or anyone get cheats or hints to get more money and stopped the anger too much and the washing too much I make them happy he that I have a PS4 and have been problems putting their in and cheat onto it

Yeah... I just have a three person family... All of them paint for money, and though I started with an empty lot, have a beautiful 2 story mansion with expansive basement area on a huge lot now... Took about 2 hours real time to get to this point... No cheating required...
