what happened to actual Hollywood writers? You know, the kind that wrote really good stories and didn't spend a minute deciding how to push political agendas of DEI?
They still exist, it’s just none of them want to have to make movies under the thumb of the greedy and pushy movie conglomerates that somehow dominate the movie world today with more of a care for money and advertising than creativity. That’s why you never hear of great movies anymore, but luckily there are many many really good movies that are still out there.

you know what i really always wanted was a dark, serious, and gritty reboot of BttF. Why isn't Nolan writing/directing it? He loves Timey-wimey stuff.

This country was built on a document that clearly mapped out our collective values and scumbags in government are slowly chipping away at those… when you’re morally bankrupt, you can just work around stuff like that.

Yea, it's like Star Trek Picard. Sir Patrick was raving about how amazing it was going to be and look at it, what a mess.
I don't trust actors/actresses words or hype anymore, I wait until it's released and reviewed by actual people before buying or going to anything. (movies and TV series').
