Rotator cuff injuries suck! I damaged mine years ago and still have issues so I work around it. I do various curls and triceo extensions, rows and lat pull down but steer clear of any type of overhead press or chest fly
Did this routine for 6 months every day after waking up. At the begining I couldn't do cossack squats and deep lounges without support. Now I can. I am 50 y.o. It somehow really helped to stay consistent how LBP presents the exercise.
Consistency accomplishes everything. You can learn a language, a subject, how to paint, how to sing, and most easily learn to be in shape and all of them only take a little consistency and discipline. The catch is only a quarter of the population has those two traits.
I’m in my 30’s and I’ve been in and out of the fitness industry (gymnastics coach, boxer, personal trainer) since my early teens, and your channel has been my go to resource and inspiration for my workouts. Concise, funny/goofy, and excellent form and exercise choices. Keep on doing what you’re doing! And thanks for the vulnerable shares about how you got here.
Some of these movements I already do and they are really good. You have no idea how it helps to perform the movements following an instructor, just like you edited in that 10min AB w.o. And I felt that the videos are looking more professional without losing your identity, congrats!

I appreciate these mobility movements. A main reason I don’t warm up or stretch before work outs is because there are plenty of how to do exercises, and routines, but nothing on warming up or stretching
Just added a rest/mobility day to my training schedule. Just did it and I’m feeling so rejuvenated 😭. I was coming in with being sore and now it’s basically gone
I think this is the best format of follow along workout video that I've ever seen! I really don't like the upbeat music from other videos, loud bells and people unnaturally trying to motivate me. And there's even some chill low music at the end. 10/10!

Did this after finally recovering from non-epileptic seizure condition!! 9 months of mostly being immobile in bed and great muscle weakness. My legs were literally buckling after trying it, but to me it is now the the best feeling ever because I’m able to move freely again. Thank you for including variation and being so thoughtful of people’s differences in capabilities!❤❤❤
same! 3 months of basically being bedbound & ill all the time bc of non-epileptic seizures has left me feeling so stiff and weak. in a way, though, it's given me new motivation to appreciate & take care of my body now i'm seizure free. best of luck to you!!
I love how you still use your signature sound edits for routines LMAO. I take 0-2 walks a day and have been doing this routine as my workout for 3 weeks. I love how encouraging you are throughout and the relaxed pace. no intense alarms or countdowns, and the small breaks in between to catch my breath. I am trying not to have 0-100 mindset of either obsessively working out or do nothing at all. I used to be in the gym 2 hrs a day after 8-10 hrs of work. My body hated me and I hated it :( Thats why i find myself coming back to this video. Super relaxed yet motivating to do what my body wants/needs that day. I didn't think this would be my favorite video bc I love your sit down ones but I'm a big fan now of instructor patty!! :)
These are fantastic as a baseline for building a stretch routine, something we should all learn from a young age. However, it's never too late to start. I feel so much limber after the exercises, particularly on my shoulders!

I love these stretches and how accessible you've made them to people! One pointer if you're open to it, but instead of child's pose, your posture is more of a puppy pose! How fun! Puppy pose generally keeps the hips stacked over the knees like you've done here, whereas child's pose, traditionally for rest, has the hips sinking back onto the heels so the hips can open and relax. Love your work again! And it's just terminology - doesn't change how the moves are helping your body, I just thought it might be helpful for the aspiring yogis in the comments haha

@@HamzaKhan-xr7rw Hi dear, I do not mind. I got rid of the stiffness(especially in upper parts of my body, neck etc.) and regular lower back pain. I also feel more up-beat. Try the stretches for 2 times a week and see how that feels for you.

@@HamzaKhan-xr7rw Hi dear, I do not mind. I got rid of the stiffness(especially in upper parts of my body, neck etc.) and regular lower back pain. I also feel more up-beat. Try the stretches for 2 times a week and see how that feels for you.
