    Nice to see how this differs from Lemaires method.

      Just some real basics before we get into Warmers method. It will be interesting to see the differences between styles and then look at how Harrison did it. Though his is a bit tricky as you know, so thought I'd do some research before. It's also realy doing my shoulder injury the world of good too.
