it really helps me to REMEMBER that my cycle truly can be WHY "i'm feeling that way" ... if i'm sad or tired or whatever.. i never really attribute it to my cycle. but i should. my pms is awful. it's so interesting to see how you change over a month. thanks for sharing 💕

Love this style video. I recently got my iud out and am getting use to a natural cycle again. Ive rewatched your old cycle vlogs and really enjoy the reminder of the fact its normal to feel tired in your luteal/menstrual phase and know that the follicular phase is coming.
