NICK! please can you help me. I live in Melbourne, Australia and I don't know where to get freeze dried raspberries from. Where do you get yours ? HELP they look amazing
+Jay Johnson would advise against it. The right thing to do is come up with your own recipes, flavours and designs. Otherwise if you get into the habit of using other people's recipes you don't give yourself the chance to learn about the science behind baking and you don't challenge yourself with coming up with your own creative ideas. Plus, what's to stop someone else running a bakery from using the exact same recipes as you. There's no way to compete. Lots and lots of reasons to not use someone else's recipes when using them for a business. I would t want anyone using my designs in their own business regardless of them crediting me or not. Those designs are created by me and are available to home bakers :0)
