@@BBInfinite exactly my thought, I may have bunged my threads on the BB but it is on and works. I don’t want to deal with that until I need to. So I’m “leaving it alone” 😂
A lot of times the housing or hose will get scratched up pretty bad from the sharp burrs and edges inside the frame. It’s unavoidable even if you lube the crap out of the housing/hose. Internal routed frames need to have conduit sleeves so the housing or hose goes in and out smoothly.
This works with the barb in place. No line cutting needed. It works with old lines too, since often they need to be pulled to replace rear suspension bits on full suspension mtb's, etc...
his method cost alot less, but even if you do want to go with an actual kit why spend $75.00 on a Park Tool kit. I bought a generic kit for 17 bucks and it has all of the exact same fittings as the park tool kit. But instead of having a routing cable for each fitting mine has one routing cable and the fitting screws onto it. So less parts to worry about.
ruclips.net/user/shortsEWt1trKlbLM ruclips.net/video/riO5XYdR2C4/видео.html We place cardiac stents like this. So what I would do is when you dismount calliper and leaver, put a wire in the old tubing (while still on the bike); than remove the tubing, keeping the wire inside the frame; than place new tubing back over the wire that is already inside. remove the wire.
Super helpful, have been nervous about pulling hydraulic lines so this is great
It's good to be nervous, it makes you cautious. And it makes us all search for How-To's on RUclips. Glad you liked the vid.
i have been looking for this all week thank you
Thanks for the tip! I usually just raw dog it, twist and turn the housing until it moves. Grab it with a pick, and wham. Done.
Pretty slick! Thanks for the boost of confidence!
Thank you bro for the trick 😊😊
I was not having a powerful magnet but I did it with a Bluetooth Speaker magnet😂😂
And now it is fixed🎉🎉🎉
Bluetooth speaker magnet? Dang, MacGyver.
Glad you showed it with the bb and cranks on - I am a little afraid to take my BB off, might have bunged the install 😅
We always subscribe to the "If it's not broken, don't take it apart...leave it alone" philosophy.

Fast, clear and clever. Subbed
Thanks, you saved me a lot of pain.
I really like your stainless steel toolboxes/benches/cabinets. Do you mind sharing what brand they are? Thanks!
Thank you. The boxes and cabinets are all Seville Classics www.sevilleclassics.com/

Super helpful more video please
Hey bbinfinte do you have a release date for the pulley wheel for the shimano 8170 di2 12 speed ultegra
It will be soon. Sorry for the wait. We ended up testing a lot more than we anticipated.
Hi Boss ✌️👌👍Thanks for a Video, Best Jose (Chicago)
Thanks for watching! Jose is a super fan.
Well done 👏👏
Good vid, thanks 👍
A great method to avoid cable-tying to the outside of the fra- aaaand I'm done.
Does this work if I leave the barn in the barb in the house? Or will I need a new barb?

what if the original hydro line had Housing Damping Foam on it?
Take it off if it won't fit.
This is avery good ad for Parktool IR 1.2 or 1.3
How, when the "tools" used here cost under $8 total.

I don’t think my bike has stalagmites…but now I’m not sure.
You'd be surprised. Funny that a lot of time it's the more expensive, custom frames that are the messiest inside.

will it work on titanium?
Sure, this hose pulling technique works on any bike that's internally routed.
