I love how the show ended with an episode that was mostly Reese and Finch. Despite the addition of so many other characters, the core will always be Reese and Finch. Truly a beautiful ending to a wonderful show.
I'm glad that a good number of people were affected by this. I feel like an outsider when the finale that everyone on the planet is gushing about comes from a show I stopped watching and the final heartbreaking moments of something that I did watch comes from a show that you'll barely hear a whisper about.
John didn't die with a whimper. He went out swinging and died in a blaze of glory. Those shit stains who thought they were going to finish John off were not going to live to tell the tale. In the end: John won. The Machine killed Samaritan, destroying every last trace of code in that foul AI. John died knowing his best friend was safe and that the world would not be under Samaritan's heel any longer.
I have found my people.I dont know of many people who have heard about this show.But it is better for me than WestWorld,GoT,Narcos and everything else out there.Such an underrated fabulous show in every way.The science,the cast,the philosophy,everything about this show is pure class.
Harold lost two of his best friends ; Root and Reese.. They both died for Him.. I don't know how he Will Continue to live his life, specially without Reese.. ;( :(
He was only shot once in ordos. As much as I would like to believe he could survive, there is no way he could survive that many bullets to the chest nor could he be in a state to escape a missile after being shot too many times at once.
How do you feel about a continuation of the series. I always had this crazy fun fiction idea that the machine would enter into a cloned body made out of harold's DNA. Then Harold would truly had a daughter. And I don't know why but I always thought that melissa benoist would have been great choice for a human machine. That's just my crazy thoughts.
Please don't upload any reese's scenes. I can't stop crying. ! And you know what , I dedicate whole my life to this show and I've never seen anything like this spectacular show. But in the end I disappointed the fact that they killed reese. If finch would've let team machine to kill congressman in season 3 , samaritan would have never been existed. That was all finch's fault and he was the one who had to sacrifice himself , NOT REESE ! It wasn't supposed to be like john needs to die like his father 'A HERO'!. Even root died because of finch. If he would've set the machine free , she could've protect them and herself. The only meaningful thing in this final episode was the way of reese's looks at harold for one last time.
As Reese fan since day one, I understand you. About congressman... He's not the only one corrupted. If they've killed him, team would only get a little additional time.

but if finch dies, reese dies with him.. because finch was everything for reese, you wanted reese doing irrelevant numbers without finch ? it woudn't make sense .. dying for finch was the major propose for reese... My favorite character is reese but you have to understand what beautiful death he had in the last episode.. and remeber without finch , reese would commit suicide
Heres a crazy idea, lets not let this tale of life end,.... we as viewers have a right to see what we watch. not the hollywood big wigs or the "viewing" majority , so lets tell them we would like to see more , and lets see what happnes
You do realize that there is going to be more of Person of Interest (it will be the same or similar to this show, but they will probably use a different name for the next show). In the 2nd to last episode they re-introduced 3 characters that were in earlier seasons so maybe there will be a new show based on them. Finch, Shaw, Fusco, and Bear are still alive so they will probably be a part of the next series. I don't know who will be in the next series but I do know that this story doesn't end here, this was just the beginning.
John's life with the Machine ended how it began: With a suitcase and a missile.

It takes Class 3 with hard plates to stop rifle fire. Soft Body Armor (Level 2) only stops pistol rounds, those 5.56 would go right thru soft armor.
