- Welcome to part 7 of the Linocut printmaking tutorial series! This series is an introduction to linocut printmaking, from start to finish. In this video, we are going to carve and proof the second block of this print project.
In this series, I'm trying to cover linocut printmaking for folks with and without access to a press. Not having a full print studio should not be a reason to skip printmaking! You can simply print by hand using a spoon, Baren, or any other smooth object!

Thanks Graham, Really good information.
This is very informative thank you! I never tried 2 blocks printing before... Only at most one
More great info...Thanks ! Do you think you will cover how different papers and inks react to one another?
How did you get the image onto block 2 please?
For anyone else wondering and watching out of order, instruction are in the previous video (Tutorial 06) at around the 8min mark
Love your vids, but could you talk a bit slower please, sometimes it is difficult to understand what you are saying.
Will do! In the meantime, you can click the little gear in the corner of the player, and choose a slower speed. Might help? Thanks for watching!
