Yes I’m stuck in a loop too. With social media, not taking care of myself well, not setting a routine and I’m disappointed in myself every time. But today I’ve decided it’s time to seriously take action.

I started school three weeks ago and I'm already drowning in work. I was using your old videos to help myself get motivated, especially the ones where you spoke about a day not being ruined even if you're in bed until 2-3-4 pm on your phone! Wow, what a mindset change when I realized that the day wasn't wasted and I could still be productive! Thank you for the positivity and so happy you're back to posting :)
Im in that boat too. So far quotes are helping and starting to plan and be in the habit of taking breaks and when to work hard
