    The thing with alarms is I’m strangely smart when I’m woken up by the alarm. I immediately hit “stop” instead of snooze and if there are more alarms set within like 5 minutes of each-other, I’ll unlock my phone and delete all of them in one sitting. The sheer DETERMINATION I have for sleep will remain UNMATCHED.
    Update: WHY DO I HAVE SO MANY LIKES LMFAO I DEADASS DONT EVEN REMEMBER COMMENTING THIS 💀💀

      @@nami7305 I actually have my first alarm with a smooth sound and the second one really harsh so I actually wake up. When I know I have to wake up with like 4hrs of sleep I set my phone alarm soo damn loud and put it at the end of the room. Because I am very noise sensitive in the morning I definitely will wake up and get up because the sound is so unpleasant 😅

      I have those days almost all the time there are few days where I am not the low one, my phone is taking over my life😀🤚 but, I am gonna start trying to slowly get to mid, if u want to we can talk back and forth on this comment and help each other out :) you dont have to though!

    as a disabled person the high, medium and low energy routines thing is HUGE!!! nearly EVERY routine i make for myself is a high energy routine, and i've been struggling to accept that, but if I can have a low energy routine I can actually feel accomplished in the mornings!

    I think it would be a great idea (for anyone who wants to try this) to make a fourth routine for when you have a very fast or busy day. Like if you have to get on a plane really early in the morning or something like that and still want to have a quick, productive morning

    Considering my executive function when making a routine was actually not like a "omg I'm a failure at life blah blah" for once. I'm fine with my low energy just being "brush teeth, change clothes" because those are things I know I /need/ to do. Thank you for helping me see the obvious.     I actually really like this idea of writing 3 different types of morning routines. Some mornings I want to feel so accomplished and feel like i can do it all, but then there are other mornings where I'm just dead tired, this will be really helpful

    The different routines for energy levels is dead on the best feature about this. I am trying the whole 4am workout but I workout better in the afternoons after meals and the day. Trying it at 4 is insane to me! I'd rather move slow and steady in the AM. Thanks for your video!

    i made up a system, i haven't really committed to it yet but i thought maybe this could help anyone 💖
    in the mornings my brain is not very active yet, and i want to focus on my body and physical health and clear my head so in the morning i will do things like this:
    ♡ exercise (workout, stretch and walk)
    ♡ practical tasks that help me feel organized and clear my head (groceries, clean, sort out email etc.)
    ♡ physical self care that helps me feel awake (skincare, cold shower, a hair mask)
    ♡ other things that help me feel calm and focused (meditate, sit outside, listen to peaceful music)
    in the afternoon i like to focus on my mind, i want to challenge myself and be creative. so i will do things like this:
    ♡ study (for school, learn Duolingo, read, listen to podcasts)
    ♡ learn new skills (draw, crochet, bake etc.)
    ♡ in weekends: go outside (go shopping, see a movie, go on a picnic etc.)
    ♡ prepare for the evening (cook, make a to-do list, set alarms)
    in the evening, my favorite time of the day, i like to focus on my 'soul' and 'heart', this is what i want to do in the evening:
    ♡ take care of my appearance (hot showers, skincare, take care of my nails)
    ♡ relax (watch series, read, stretch, dance with music on, look at the stars)
    ♡ focus on my mental health (journal, manifest, meditate)
    ♡ socialize but only with people im close with (movie nights, conversations, parties)
    of course following this routine is not always possible, but its what feels most natural to me 💕
    i wish u all the best in finding a routine and becoming the healthiest, happiest version of urself, love all of u 💗

    so im both physically disabled and neurodivergent. i tried having one of those early 5am morning routines, but seeing as how i have terrible time management and dont get to bed until 11:30pm most days, that didnt work out. i tried planning even simple things like stretching, but sometimes that doesnt work out with how much pain im in in the morning. my adhd can act up so i dont want to sit still and read, etc. anyway, im super excited to come across this video, its what ive been needing for the longest time!!! tysm

    I was diagnosed with depression and bipolarity five years ago, and when I’m in my depressed phase it is so hard for me to keep up with the healthy life style that I’ve had for the last 5 months. I always plan what to do the next day, such as doing groceries and cleaning my room, but the next mornings I fail at accomplishing those little tasks.

    I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine.
    In the morning if my face is a little puffy I’ll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.
    “I tie a plastic ice pack around my face and commence with the morning’s stretching exercises.”
    “Afterwards I stand in front of a chrome and acrylic Washmobile bathroom sink - with soap dish, cup holder, and railings that serve as towel bars, which I bought at Hastings Tile to use while the marble sinks I ordered from Finland are being sanded - and stare at my reflection with the ice pack still on.”
    “I pour some Plax antiplaque formula into a stainless-steel tumbler and swish it around my mouth for thirty seconds.”
    “Then I squeeze Rembrandt onto a faux- tortoiseshell toothbrush and start brushing my teeth (too hung over to floss properly - but maybe I flossed before bed last night?) and rinse with Listerine.”
    “Then I inspect my hands and use a nailbrush.”
    “I take the ice-pack mask off and use a deep-pore cleanser lotion”
    “Then an herb-mint facial masque which I leave on for ten minutes while I check my toenails.”
    “Then I use the Probright tooth polisher and next the Interplak tooth polisher (this in addition to the toothbrush) which has a speed of 4200 rpm and reverses direction forty-six times per second; the larger tufts clean between teeth and massage the gums while the short ones scrub the tooth surfaces.”
    “I rinse again, with Cepacol. I wash the facial massage off with a spearmint face scrub.”
    “In the shower I use first a water-activated gel cleanser, then a honey-almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub.”
    “Vidal Sassoon shampoo is especially good at getting rid of the coating of dried perspiration, salts, oils, airborne pollutants and dirt that can weigh down hair and flatten it to the scalp which can make you look older.The conditioner is also good - silicone technology permits conditioning benefits without weighing down the hair which can also make you look older.”
    “On weekends or before a date I prefer to use the Greune Natural Revitalizing Shampoo, the conditioner and the Nutrient Complex. These are formulas that contain D-panthenol, a vitamin-B-complex factor; polysorbate 80, a cleansing agent for the scalp; and natural herbs.”
    “Over the weekend I plan to go to Bloomingdale’s or Bergdorf’s and on Evelyn’s advice pick up a Foltene European Supplement and Shampoo for thinning hair which contains complex carbohydrates that penetrate the hair shafts for improved strength and shine. Also the Vivagen Hair Enrichment Treatment, a new Redken product that prevents mineral deposits and prolongs the life cycle of hair. Luis Carruthers recommended the Aramis Nutriplexx system, a nutrient complex that helps increase circulation.”
    “Once out of the shower and toweled dry I put the Ralph Lauren boxers back on and before applying the Mousse A Raiser, a shaving cream by Pour Hommes, I press a hot towel against my face for two minutes to soften abrasive beard hair.”
    “Then I always slather on a moisturizer (to my taste, Clinique) and let it soak in for a minute. You can rinse it off or keep it on and apply a shaving cream over it - preferably with a brush, which softens the beard as it lifts the whiskers - which I’ve found makes removing the hair easier.Leave the sideburns and chin for last, since these whiskers are tougher and need more time to soften. Rinse the razor and shake off any excess water before starting.”
    “Afterwards splash cool water on the face to remove any trace of lather. You should use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol. Never use cologne on your face, since the high alcohol content dries your face out and makes you look older. One should use an alcohol-free antibacterial toner with a water-moistened cotton ball to normalize the skin.”
    Applying a moisturizer is the final step. Splash on water before applying an emollient lotion to soften the skin and seal in the moisture.
    “Next apply Gel Appaisant, also made by Pour Hommes, which is an excellent, soothing skin lotion. If the face seems dry and flaky - which makes it look dull and older - use a clarifying lotion that removes flakes and uncovers fine skin (it can also make your tan look darker).”
    Then apply an anti-aging eye balm (Baume Des Yeux) followed by a final moisturizing “protective” lotion.”
    A scalp-programming lotion is used after I towel my hair dry. I also lightly blow-dry the hair to give it body and control (but without stickiness) and then add more of the lotion, shaping it with a Kent natural- bristle brush, and finally slick it back with a wide-tooth comb.
