Yes. I dont even have severe acne, just 4/5 on my forehead, 2/3 on my cheeks. I used to have extremely clear skin before but when these started to appear on my skin, i didnt even care cause thats pretty normal since i was 16. But oh my god, people never let me forget that i have pimples on my face, starts advising to use this use that, tells me to WASH MY FACE (LMAO), tells me id look prettier if i had clear skin yadda yadda. Its really frustrating. At one point i started to think that my worth is only related to my surface level appearance. I have a perfect 4 step skincare routine, along with sunscreen and retinol, eat healthy and exercise. Yet people say insensitive stuffs right on my face.

I woke up at 10am (I usually wake up at 6am, so for me it's LATE) and know it's 12am and I've just been staring at my phone doing nothing for 2 hours, i have some school assignments to do and other important stuff, and I just can't find the motivation. I've been really struggling with physical and mental health lately and it has impacted my productivity significantly. This video has given me some motivation again :)
On the weekend, I get up at 7:30. Because of one thing. I always regret not doing much, and how the weekends always appear so short to me. Waking up at a decent earlier time makes it easier to fall asleep, and you get much more out of your weekend by simply providing more time into your weekend by getting up earlier. I used to wake up and 10:00, but the I realized that I hated how fast the day went! This is seriously life changing.

Today, I have woken up at 9 am, yet I've been in bed all day and haven't done anything productive. 5 hours have been wasted of me scrolling through my youtube recommendations and watching meaningless videos. this made me realise that it's not just me. I'll have the motivation one time, then get distracted or have to complete another task and my excitement to finish todo lists, or do school work just disappears. never give up, no matter what you do, you will always get a sense of satisfaction and completion after doing a task. i struggle with my motivation ALOT, and anything i do my brain registers as a waste. if i spend a day playing games on my laptop with my friends my brain tells me i just wasted a day. i can even spend my day doing craft and feel like the day has been wasted. my brain constantly tricks me into thinking that not doing multiple things in one day is a waste, when really, a waste of a day doesnt really exist. yes it's good to get up, but please remember that if you're doing something you enjoy, even if it's as simple as being on the phone to your friends nearly all day, it's never a waste, and trust me, if you look at the clock and think 'one more hour on tiktok' dont. get up. live in the moment, i guarantee you, even just getting up and sitting in the living room instead of sitting in bed (for me anyway) helps a great deal. never give up, even if you do end up 'wasting' a day remember you can always improve, and you're allowed to take a break and just chill for a day, but also keep a good balance of completing chores and school work too.

I’ve been like this all quarantine I’ve just been laying around on my phone doing nothing
I wasted the beginning of the day and it's 3 pm and I was reading some of the comments and it reminded me that it's important to remember why you started, why you want to get things done. List your whys with me if you want :)
- I'm tired of being in the funk I've been in
- I want to feel accomplished
- I want a clean space
- I want to kick this habit before I start back to school
- I want to be financially free and be able to help those around me
- I want to inspire others
- I want to do what I want to do without feeling guilty for not doing the things that I have to do
And remember that you are blessed to be able to be productive. You've got this! :)

I'm on a holiday and I realised my days are very unproductive. I just slept at 5am yesterday and woke up at 1pm. I had breakfast and it's already 2pm. I was just scrolling on RUclips thinking that. Then I saw this video. You are totally right. I can save a half wasted day. Thank you!

oh my goshhh i have a terrible habit of putting too many things on my to-do list too and then it's even worse because you feel discouraged when you don't get all the tasks done i gotta fix that grr

this made me realise that it's not just me.
I'll have the motivation one time, then get distracted or have to complete another task and my excitement to finish todo lists, or do school work just disappears. never give up, no matter what you do, you will always get a sense of satisfaction and completion after doing a task.
i struggle with my motivation ALOT, and anything i do my brain registers as a waste. if i spend a day playing games on my laptop with my friends my brain tells me i just wasted a day. i can even spend my day doing craft and feel like the day has been wasted. my brain constantly tricks me into thinking that not doing multiple things in one day is a waste, when really, a waste of a day doesnt really exist. yes it's good to get up, but please remember that if you're doing something you enjoy, even if it's as simple as being on the phone to your friends nearly all day, it's never a waste, and trust me, if you look at the clock and think 'one more hour on tiktok' dont. get up. live in the moment, i guarantee you, even just getting up and sitting in the living room instead of sitting in bed (for me anyway) helps a great deal. never give up, even if you do end up 'wasting' a day remember you can always improve, and you're allowed to take a break and just chill for a day, but also keep a good balance of completing chores and school work too.
