I am so harsh on myself for "wasting" a day like this so thank you for this it was heartwarming and a gentle reminder

I woke up 3 am in the morning, did my 9 hour job, cooked healthy lunch for my family and have been lying on bed since. Right now it’s 7 in the evening. Even though I have accomplished a lot today I feel it is not enough. Let’s see if I get up and do my everything shower after this video.
And I did take my everything shower, made healthy dinner for family. Although I had ice cream later!
