Ever since my adhd diagnosis I‘ve kind of just been even more all over the place because I feel so sick of fighting my brain with force and constantly believing I‘m one planner away from a neurotypical brain.
You really helped me today. I was mentally beating myself up due to being all laxidaisy with my day and realizing it was already three and hadn't done anything "Productive". I really appreciate your gentle approach towards carrying through the day presently and intentionally. Keep expressing your perspective! You're making a difference.
