So agree with starting the biggest things first! I usually bring all my clothes to my bed, then put them away. I also like to have a list that I go through so i dont get side tracked all the time. First rubbish sweepp (walk around with a bag and throw bits and pieces that need to go in the bin), bring clothes to my bed, tidy them. take items to kitchen, fill dish washer, then wash kitchen. Then put away small bits and pieces and vaccuum last. It helps to not stress about all the things i see as I'm tidying.
SO HYPED to make this year our best year yet! no matter what happened last year, take those lessons and opportunities in stride and believe in yourself. even if you are still healing, that's totally okay. take your time. be kind to yourself. i believe in you :) we got this y'all

I am one of those who started at the beginning of this year going to the gym. True, I started like the day before last, but still. To see veterans like you get excited about the new people warms me up. We all have seen the memes how people start working out in January, but then the amounts of people get less and less as the year goes on. Those memes have been a part of discouraging me starting gym going for years. For now I have just done some walking, as the machine is the only one I know how to work, but next week I start in a group which basically goes through the gym and teaches how to use the things. Like I said in insta, you have been a big part of me even daring to walk into the gym. I hope I will be one of those, who keeps going to the gym all year, and make it a part of my healthy lifestyle. 2023 was not so great year But we learned a lot and we groww New year started strong this time and I hope it will be like this for the rest of the year My goals are go to the gym 5 times a week(last year my doctor suggested to stop and not to lift anything heavy but I changed my doc and this one said to workout regularly) I'll continue to pray daily Also focusing on my mental health this year(I struggled alot last year😭) And going on hot girl walks Start studying every single day so that I can have a job and complete all my dreams❤

I have trouble with that language because 2023 was really a lot of letting go and being frozen by anxiety because of the letting go. I am usually a silent watcher on RUclips but i just had to comment on this one - I graduated high school in 2020 and got into NYU in the middle of the pandemic, since I wanted to study journalism NYU was my DREAM school and I found your ‘day in the life’ videos when you were still there, which I watched NONSTOP. I didn’t end up going there (it all worked out for the best though!!), but i have been watching you for soooo long and you are one of my favourite people on this app. I consider myself to be pretty non judgmental and try to adopt a ‘live and let live’ approach to life - I enjoy all kinds of content and creators and even if its not my style, I like to just move on rather than judge, since it may be someone else’s style! Lena, I'm a newish subscriber (it's been almost a month now since I've subscribed), and you have given me so much motivation to leave my "lazy girl era." I have trouble with that language because 2023 was really a lot of letting go and being frozen by anxiety because of the letting go. Anyway, 2023 was really hard for me, AND I feel ready to leave that behind and enter a new era. I created a vision board with my sister and I used a lot of tools and suggestions you made in a previous vlog about setting intentions for the year. I know now that I'm in my HEALTHY, PRO-ACTIVE, CONNECTED ERA! I think "Thriving" is such a great intention for 2024.THANK YOU for being so transparent and authentic with the world. I know that might be scary, but if you ever feel imposter syndrome, know that you are making a difference!

I am usually a silent watcher on RUclips but i just had to comment on this one - I graduated high school in 2020 and got into NYU in the middle of the pandemic, since I wanted to study journalism NYU was my DREAM school and I found your ‘day in the life’ videos when you were still there, which I watched NONSTOP. I didn’t end up going there (it all worked out for the best though!!), but i have been watching you for soooo long and you are one of my favourite people on this app. I consider myself to be pretty non judgmental and try to adopt a ‘live and let live’ approach to life - I enjoy all kinds of content and creators and even if its not my style, I like to just move on rather than judge, since it may be someone else’s style! Even so, I do think that as influencing becomes an ‘industry’, some creators can come off and fake and money-minded, but your authenticity and fun vibes have only gotten stronger! I am 21 and it feels like im watching a friend’s videos all the time!! I love your content and your vibes so much, and I hope this year treats you very well!! Lots of love!!!
