After watching this a few times, I will put this video on loop and just listen. It is important to soak up what he says in this video. He is teaching the language, the terminology, the basic processes of creating an animation. I'll be able to concentrate on transforming the story I want to tell because, I'll have the correct technical terms embedded in my mind. Learning to crawl first.
I’m making walking animation with the characters walking towards the screen while the background movies how could I make the sidewalk lines move as if it’s moves to the vanishing point using proforming tool & mask tool how make the sidewalk lines get smaller as if it moves toward the vanishing point .
Depending on the program you’re using, you may only need like 2-3 keyframes and just repeat them. Then tween animate the in between. For masking in Dreams, you can have the two sides on different tracks and use the same keyframe and tweening method
great video but my problem is that Dreams seems like a 30 second animation software. I would like to see a complex or somewhat longer story driven animation using only this program.
Procreate is like that, but Dreams thankfully is much longer. The current animation I am working on is over a minute long and going strong. Procreate would have maxed out on layers before I could even get that far

For example, How do you make an object with two squares seperate in the next frame without having to redraw them? Is there a crop option
In procreate, it can be on its own layer, it just has to be grouped with the rest of the layers in that one frame. 1 group = 1 frame
