I have really sore muscels from a workout yesterday and this Routine helped me to not only get a proper stretch but also to calm myself down and relax for a good night sleep with less tension in my body
I have always wanted to try yoga, but my balance and flexibility are both lacking. I found this amazing! I will be trying this as a beginning to my new journey to better health. Thank you

I have loved your videos for my regular practice as I feel Your prompts are enough to let me practice without constantly looking at the screen....your style and pace fit my practice well also. Any chance you'd consider making videos of some pregnancy appropriate flows?
