Every time I hear people say property price already very high, then it goes even higher. That’s very true.
People who wait at the side for prices to come down always miss the boat. Then when they see their friends make loads, they buy in at even higher price.
People who take action get rewarded for taking calculated risks. Naysayers are usually sour grapes that have no guts to take action, miss the boat and gripe about it.

@@alanweeproperty interesting choice regarding hillhaven. but must say the architect of both lakegarden and sora did very well. most units got view of lake, and minimised direct west sun facing.

Is property price growth related to median or average income?
Property prices have never been further from income levels. Is growth even possible still? Or price growth has no relation to income levels?

Super high property price now, especially pte property. All the current wars have not much impact on Singapore economy. Only main worry, the US and its allies are going to create wars with China over the Taiwan Straits and South China Seas. Should a war break up, Asean countries, especially Singapore's economy, will be badly affected by the closure of the Straits of Malacca by the US and its allies. Investors and foreign talents will pack and exit Singapore. They will dump Singapore properties and create a property crash like in 1998 asia financial crisis.

if war breakouts in Asia, our property will cheongsam again. Economy will affect only a bit bit because we have PAP!😂😂😂

That is why I always tell those that say the market will crash becos of wars, virus etc. Faster sell your properties n stock n cash out n rent a humble hdb flat n conserve cash. Enter during the next downturn with a bang! Strangely only see see but never take action...

@@alanweeproperty I think many Singaporeans have their hdb fully paid so in that sense, they are also financially free; unless of course if they are daft enough to buy those million dollar hdb flats. I must say that most hdb estates provide a good quality of life, no need to stay in condo or landed to have better quality of life. I used to stay in a heartland condo and it was miserable there with hardly any amenities within walking distance and the mscp in the condo was also so far from my block. I am happier living in my hdb flat now.

If u buy this there will be 2 people laughing. One is this agent because he would have got a fat commission. These days market so bad they will sell anything and everything to you. Second is your friend who laugh at you for Fomo-Ing in to jurong which is shit.
They will be laughing at you , because you are the clown 😂😂😂

Same same...when people buy Yishun, Woodlands and Sembawang. Many laugh at them...but they are the one really laughing today. They thanks their agents. They thank the developers, and the banker that gave them the loan.

@@alanweeproperty it’s only cuz of Covid bro. Outside of Covid the returns have been dismal. Don’t deny that 2018 to 2023 everything increased but how much is the annualized? Rising tide raises all boats. You’ll be happy to get an annualized of 2% entering at this price . And this is not factoring interest cost MCST agent fee and BSD. The question is not whether it will increase, it’s about net profit.
