most courses are useless. but may provide a starting framework. i attended one $1850 course, i felt it was beneficial. gave me guts to buy a new launch. i learn how to subscribe to edgeprop pro tools (non agent). at least you can study the unit and transactions near your area of interest. learn to avoid CCR, and boutique, and one bedder. basically is guts. you pay $1850 for guts. there is no secret. same as you, the teacher advocated looking through edgeprop surrounding condos transaction. if the surrounding area dont do well, means no demand. kindly avoid. can look at masterplan, but masterplan can change. ultimately it is the conviction that longterm it will do well. and enter something that singaporeans will buy as a resale. dont buy things that only foreigners buy. always reece the area, go down and walk. morning, afternoon and evening. never ever buy overseas property. regarding timing, very hard to time the market. one of my family member decided not to buy copen grand despite being eligible as a second timer after getting the dbss as first timer. thinking that ec prices will drop. 2years later, only regrets and regrets.

War and economics experts suggest that we all will see will see all property prices from all usa ally free falls to the bottom,?. As when usa fall, and means all usa and allys property are belongs to the new conqueror, so all their lands in usa and 5 eyes nations , also surrender to new conqueror, and the property prices will automatically starts from zero,, so all property prices in world, will see the balloons air in these nations markets also burst, and we all will see new migration to usa and ally, as all their people are destroy due to wars,, and so property price becomes zero,,,??? .

With regards to Property Agent's scams, always transact any amount (deposits, commissions, etc) with the agent's company bank account. Never remit any money directly to the agent's bank account.
CEA dont allow agent to collect or touch money. this is a no no. other than our own commission. this one must grab with both hands loh.

Nowadays due to greed everywhere legal cheating occurring, all investments are just another way to cheat others to get themselves rich. Live within ones means , theres no such things as free lunch, imagine if u shortage of mere 0.5 cents will the coffee shop sell u . If so good can make easy money why need to have seminars and let others make why don't they themselves quietly get their whole family and get rich.

Quite true, most Singaporeans are naive because our govt protected us too much from the outside world. It is a wild wild west outside of Singapore, hence it is not surprising that outsiders will want to come to Singapore to scam honest straight forward Singaporeans. Our environment is highly regulated and safe but it is not the same outside of Singapore.

U are one step ahead of the rest… I stay in the east lately I saw a enbloc next to a mrt station that station is near Bedok army camp I wonder if this is a good project I think launching soon

Singapore is just a tiny island, staying anywhere also not much difference. Near Central or town is something useless to a lot of people if they don't work in the city nor do they travel there to shop.
Got difference...from lifestyle, to people to amenities. And to 🏫. These are impt consideration.
@alanweeproperty There are loads of cheap hdb flats with a ton of amenities from mrt to shopping malls to supermarkets to swimming pools to eateries within 5min walking distance in places like bukit panjang, woodlands and Jurong and almost all towns, all these don't help to improve lifestyle meh?

@@kennyfrancis6882 Strongly disagree. Being central is important. In other countries a short drive or even MRT can make a huge difference in price. People living in prime areas might enjoy living there as they have reason to be all around the island.
@@GavinWongSG You already mentioned in other countries, Singapore is unique because people living in each satellite town far from central have no need to travel to town for anything if they don't work in the central.

Hi Alan, impt to get yr help if u know land around Pandan Reservoir Rd mrt, along West Coast Rd is going to be developed with facilities, HDBs, factories in 2028,2029? We r looking into getting a 4rm flat for rental purposes in Jurong West, Jurong East area. There are mrt stns to be built along Jurong Regional line and Jurong Lake district. Pls advise. 😂
