    with rising prices. i think those who bought decades back such as our seniors will benefit. It will be a good time to encash out and enjoy life. for those who are saddened with debt. pray hard u will have a lifetime job else make sure u have strong backing. for those that enter yourself and if market turn. the consequences can be very dire.

    The more property cooling measures, the higher the physical property prices will continue to go up. Only property stocks will be battled.

    What we need is more supply, not more cooling measures. Cooling measures don't solve the problem of low supply.

      @@beny.5736 bto is cheap. Once got it. It's guarantee go Singapore pools. That why most want to give it a try. Yes. Some are 99% sold. Becos 50% will want to flip it for $$$ after TOP. It's all $$$ fault.

    Seriously ABSD 20% and 30% is loose change to rich Singaporeans. My circle of friends many already 3 or more properties since SARS.

    The cooling measures are too light, increase absd to 50% for Singaporeans and impose SSD of 30% for those who sell within 10 years.
