    Low capital profit,,but a decade of high rental , low mortgage or literally none..that’s huge passive income..is a no brainer for low budget buyers below 700k for private

    If an elderly can afford a 1+1 private property which is same size as the 2 room hdb… but at a more prestigious district eg d15… shd he go for it?

      All boil down to what he wants. convenient, sense of familility, near clinic, etc?

      @ yup actually he ard 44 n he sold his hdb with 49 years lease (can’t last him 95yo) left recently so he thought of getting a 1+1 private property as he cannot get a new bto … he can’t afford a private 2 bedder n above … he needs to top up ard 350k for the 1+1 which he is ok with it … any good advice for him? Thank you

      Depend on his financial status n preference. Got money. stay condo. money no enough. Buy back hdb.

      @ it his plan can stay stay if not right side to hdb 2 rm and still can cash out
