      Typical units should make money...but those super big ones with void area should be a little challenging due to its quantum n usable space...

      Boil down to your budget...get bigger unit if possible.

    Those old freehold rental almost same with central hdb..How to make $$$ by selling to investor ?? And many ah nei there
