    But downtown line cuts through the most number of other MRT lines. And going to have line extension to Sungei Kadut soon right? Hillview only atas makan, don’t have commoner’s amenities nearby. Fair to compare to Hillview area condos? Still need take into account got unblocked view for The Myst units?… No?

    Hi Eric, thank you for being so transparent in all your videos! I’ve been watching and rewatching your videos on Pinetree Hill, Hillhaven and The Myst, and out of these 3 (which I’ve been eyeing for), I’m still not really sure which is a better project to buy for inv (in 3-4yrs time) Able to advise?

    Hi Eric, after I went for the showflat which I liked actually as you explained the floor plans also the nice green landscape, I have been waiting for your review. Your review is very honest and hilarious 😀, I also felt considering the land bought price, they could have kept slightly under $2000. Will wait for your review on Altura EC.

    Having lived in Bt Panjang before, I would not want to live where The Myst is. Most owner buyers will drive and the main road directly outside the Myst is horrendous during morning and evening peak hours. You only have 1 road access into the condo.
    You will get alot of road dust. There are better condos with mrt access. DT line is underutilised at this moment and so its not jam packed like most lines. For good food options, take the mrt to Beauty World.

    Hi Eric, to buy the 1st property with 1.5m budget for own stay. For new launch 2b there don't seem to have many options, and cheaper ones like the Myst might have more worrying appreciation. Do you recommend buying resale, or other new launch projects (but sacrificing the size), or wait until saving more? thanks 🙏

      Resale is a good option as you can buy 3br and move in immediately and have the options to rent out rooms or dual key to stay for free 👍

    Hi Eric, was actually considering their 2B2B and really like the layout. After seeing ur review, scared to buy liao 😰 Would u say this project is really no-go or is there a safe entry price? Not looking to make big profits but dont want to lose a kidney either 😅 Appreciate ur advice 🙏🏻

    Eric watching your video is dam enjoyable. I think watch , like , subscribe is not enough. I going buy a big SSD watch and download so I can watch your video like I used to watch tvb drama. Watch tvb drama gain nothing even if u are rich where u may become poor due to inflation. Watch your video if kana Toto just buy what u advise then wait 3 yrs become a small Huat cake slowly over time become a big Huat cake ha ha ha. Good job Eric. You are the best Jia you

    Its near Bukit panjang primary school, those condo near this primary sch profit quite good

      @@savvyericchiew i try to search within condo within 1km of the sch, most can make decent profit. tree house,eco sanctuary,cashew heights,chestervale, and more, especially those big units. But as you said, don't have those disgusting high profit even in this seller's market. you are always right as always :)

    Bad comparison, should have compared with Hillion Residences and Bukit Panjang MRT nearby. Let’s not mention the 3 shopping malls, and bus interchange within walking distances from The Myst.

    Nothing 'power' or 厉害 about the layout and size of the 2b2b+S. The study is at best an alcove, to call the corner a study is a perversion of the word. Living room size, like all new launches these days, are a joke; that's how developers do shrinkage these days.
    And btw bathrooms without open ventilation are far from desirable.
