Honestly, I usually shake it with water in it and it helped a little, but taking the top off and swirling it in a water source helps as well
Planning on doing the TA this year, your videos are very helpful! Did you use the NEMO switchback at all? Was planning to use that & not an inflatable pad
Thank you! Yes, I did use a Nemo Switchback while I was waiting for the Big Agnes sleeping pad. I'm a bit of a prince, so it was too hard on the ground for me. However, many hikers highly recommend it because it's very light. It's also great to strap to the back of your pack. It depends on your comfort level; if you can handle sleeping on a thin pad, it's great!
