So Brandon went on his public Instagram story, again not their DMs like you claimed, and posted multiple stories in all caps saying how much he hates Sneako and how him and his friends are going to run a train on his girl. Sneako obviously either misinterpreted it or deliberately misrepresented it as him saying he was going to rape his girlfriend, so Sneako was clearly in the wrong there. But you also completely misrepresented and have got the details completely wrong about what Brandon actually did.

"Establishing boundaries" means making clear the things that are unique to you. Stuff you would be personally bothered with, but other people generally might not, and so they might not know it would be inconvenient to you. Stuff like "please don't show me gore shit, I'm badly sensitive to it." It does not mean I need to tell every single person I ever deal with not to randomly hurt me... like "Don't shoot me, don't kick the shit out of me, don't insult my friends and family, don't publically shame things intrinsic to me for goofs, don't steal from me or break my shit"...that should be assumed.
