It's not even racism anyways, but satires a country's historical period of the Mexican Revolution, during the early age of filmmaking that had seen overtones like these used in storytelling.
What's even funnier is how the definition of racism has broadened over the last few decades to encompass satire and comedy, unless its about caucasians of course.
