Honestly I love how in this scene Herc’s heroic strength is shown in a plausible way. He doesn’t send the javelin out of the field, but he comes pretty damn close. No jumping buildings in a single bound, but jumping from the foul line all the way to the grass is still a crazy feat.

Hercules here was flying for over 7.5 seconds so his jump must've been around 67 meters, which is about the same distance as how far he threw the spear at 3:12. Honestly I love how in this scene Herc’s heroic strength is shown in a plausible way. He doesn’t send the javelin out of the field, but he comes pretty damn close. No jumping buildings in a single bound, but jumping from the foul line all the way to the grass is still a crazy feat.
No....Hecules was superhuman. Arnold's feats in this movie are just "strong human". None are impressive or interesting.
