Just wondering how the bag has held up over the years? Also how did the play sand work out, I've heard sandbags start getting pretty dusty. Great video, thanks for the exercises...

Holds up very well, still going strong, no wear signs on the bottom. Sand works but does get dusty. If you aren't looking for MAX WEIGHT, you can use Rubber Pellets & pea Stone which fill up nice and still have motion, but don't add as much weight.

Ive seen 400 pound sand bags from rogue fitness. But i know better to leave that at the store.
Ive had people try to offer me deals on 110 and 120 pound dumbells and my reply will always be ITS TO HEAVY FOR ME TO USE AND I LEFT MY EGO AT THE DOOR.
I notice you like rep fitness. I dont have anything from them but its safe to say you trust them so that says alot about them! Great video.

Any issue with moister in the premium play sand? My sand was not dry.

I never had an issue. It should be dry going on through. If yours isn't use a tarp to spread out and let dry.

Really really strong individuals. Or if you wanted to do more Strength focus work, like 100lb sandbag carries. I know people use them, but it just limits the exersizes.
