Seriously you are brilliant!!!!! My daughters remote hasn't been working for 17 days and att is no help!!! Calling them has been such a waste. I've tried everything they told me to do before I even called them. They said they'd send a tech out this week but now I can 86 that!!!! Yeaaahh!!! Thank you soooo much!!!

Thanks. Somehow receiver got off track. Reset the main receiver, but remote was no longer working. Wife wasn't happy since it's in our bedroom. Finally after listening to many and trying again and again, the remote is reset and the volume works. Thanks again.

You DA Bomb! My remote went wickety whack at the same time as my DirecTV did. Took me 15 minutes to get the DirecTV working giving me all sorts of ridiculous messages, but the remote was still not working. Thank you!

We gave up & he went outside & called them ,but it was a lot he was saying there was a lot of talking and stuff , he was getting stressed out , but also wanted to help me , he lit his cigarette smoking on the porch .
