I’ve been in all the stores, Verizon corporate and franchise stores, T-Mobiles stores, AT&T stores; you hit every store on the spot compared to what I’ve experienced. Made great friends with the workers at both Verizon and T-Mobile, everyone wants to be your friend. AT&T was quiet, depressing, boring, just didn’t want to be there. Verizon has been my carrier for years now. I definitely don’t plan on switching anytime soon. They treat very very well and the perks are top notch.

I was on my brothers Verizon plan for 7 years but I switched to AT&T because I got a good deal to trade in my phone and get on my own plan. Around where I live in MS just across the TN state line Verizon wasn’t terrible but I noticed a few dead spots in a few places I would go to. AT&T doesn’t have as many dead spots here. However, I was in Colorado with my brother and his service seemed more consistent over there. I had more dead spots with AT&T while I was there. T Mobile has many dead spots where I live so that’s a no go. In my opinion as far as overall coverage, you really can’t go wrong with AT&T or Verizon for the most part. It just depends on where you are.

I'm in Arizona and have had Verizon for about a decade. I have service and data even while out in the desert and camping. I find it extremely rare where I find myself in a place with no service or poor service. My GF lives in Surprise, AZ and I live in the East Mesa area. I go to school in Phoenix and always have service. I've gone camping on the rim and shooting in the desert and only lose service when between mountains.
I used to work for an electrician company and traveled all over the state from basically north to south like 4 corners, Meteor Crater, Flagstaff, Snowflake, Holbrook, Show Low and even Native Res areas. I've been South in Duncan and near the border. I've been out on Roosevelt Lake and Bartlett and had service while bass fishing. With Verizon, you get what you pay for and that is coverage darn near anywhere or at least that's what I've found in personal experiences.

I was happy with AT&T everywhere but at home. Verizon has a stronger signal in my rural area which was the big selling point for switching to them. I do get throttled more on Verizon's network though, especially at work (in an urban area). Probably because a lot of people near my job connect using free Verizon hotspots for school so congestion is an issue there.

AT&T's customer service is horrible. When I signed on with them I was told I can pay my bill with cash at any of their locations during the hours of operation. Which is the only option I have. Now the issue I'm having is that I get off work a hour before the latest store closes and there are days that they won't take my money because "The money has been counted and put up for the night.". My payday and my bill's due date are 2 days apart, thus, when they won't take my payment it's then late. To top it off, I end up having to leave work early to pay it and so I'm losing money at work and behind on tasks the next day. Ugh! So frustrating! I asked if they simply could leave the money with a note for the morning crew, telling them to process it that morning after and I've worked several sales positions for multiple companies and know that they could do this but it was a flat out no! I asked if it was because they can't or won't and was told "I don't think I can do that." OMG, I'll end my rant now but I think it's b.s.! 🤬‼

Your right about the store vibe. I had all 3 and had the same experience. AT&T stores suck, dead and depressing. Verizon stores have the corporate business look but they are always packed. Tmobile has that young hip vibe just happy to exist. I personally prefer Tmobile and verizon, i pay for both services cause i like 2 phones

I would say at the current point in time tmoble is superior and also forgot to mention tmoble gets service in almost every building I've been in including school. not sure why or how but it does. so yeah

I don't like Verizon because their customer service lies and makes up fake plans to get you signed up. They did that to my father. I miss my T-Mobile service so much but it wasn't an option when I moved out to the country. Switched to Verizon and didn't mind paying more for the coverage but it's actually gotten worse down in Florida since around SEP2021. I went from having 4g at work to not even being able to call or text unless I stood by a certain window (forget about data). I'm finally with Firstnet (ATT) and while it's not quite as fast on average as Verizon it works darn near everywhere and my bill went down by a $30 per line. The unlimited with no throttling is nice but I don't use that much data to benefit from this.

Why can't they expand senior plans nationwide. With T-Mobile, our monthly bill for two lines will be $90. With AT&T, same plan details as T-Mobile, is $150 with a 15% discount for who I used to work for. Without that discount, the monthly bill is even MORE!
