There is a crossover with Indiana Jones in one of Dark Horse´s Star Wars Tales issues that I am pretty sure the creators of this movie have read.
Besides, there is also a sort of crossover between SW and ET. In Spielberg´s movie, when ET goes out with the kids during Halloween he runs after a kid disguised as Yoda while shouting "home!". After that, in The Phantom Menace, one of the seats in the Galactic Senate is occupied by ETs. In fact, there is a fan theory that argues that ET is a lost Jedi Knight, based on the telekinetic powers he shows in the movie. Just like if he was using the Force.
What if ET was a Star Wars spin off?

Absolutely phenomenal camera work and acting. The film was strong all the way through! From the excited opening sequence, the intense and gloriously well filmed jeep chase, the approach of the Nazi army, and the final moments as the ISD raises from the sand... this film is truly a work of art. Disney was one of the studios that originally turned down Lucas' pitch for Star Wars. 20th Century Fox was the only major studio that saw the potential and decided to take that gamble. Afterwards, Walt Disney Studios became very jealous of Lucas's success.
This jealously played through with the way that this latest trilogy turned out, despite the fact that Rogue One and The Mandalorian are fantastic stories and are doing well.

I found this because my fan film was just accepted into the Azure Lorica fan film festival and I was curious about who won last year, and oh my god this is INCREDIBLE. I am genuinely in awe, my jaw was to the floor through pretty much the entire film. The writing and acting was great, so many nice references, the visuals had me SHOOK, especially at the end, and just overall the story was so seamless that it felt more like a full-length movie than a 20 minute short. Very very well done. Im excited to see what brilliant things you come up with in the future!

I have every stargate box set including the movies, & wanted to build a replica of the gate around my front door, the wife said no so I turned the entrance cupboard into a TARDIS.

So this is the first time seeing this and I was absolutely blown away, I love the references of Indiana Jones, the Mummy, and of course some lines from the Star Wars films. I LOVE IT! Thank you so much for all of the time, effort, and hard work you all put it. I'm sharing this with some of the communities I am with. Tear in my eye at the end. Thank you again!

I only stumbled upon this gem by accident, and have watched it three or four times by now.
Even though part of me would like to see more, a sequel, or a prequel of it, a full length film.
But... this is just perfect. Don't make a spin off or something. I think you reached perfection, and I can't possibly imagine anything better.
And I cry, every single time, when she only can reply "I know", and you hear the star wars theme.
Dammit, even right now thinking about it.
    Thank you!

Lovely review, thank you! There won’t be anymore to the story… we think the actual George Lucas takes it from here. 😉
