[R&B GUITAR LESSON] HOW TO PLAY A R&B SONG WITH FEEL WHEN YOU DON’T HAVE A BAND
HTML-код
- Опубликовано: 27 авг 2024
- How do you make a R&B song feel good when you don’t have a band and it’s just you playing guitar? How do you have a good vibrato without bending too much? How do you properly add the melody and other techniques so your playing doesn’t feel so empty? In this lesson, I’ll show you how. I’ll use Anita Baker’s, Rapture - the Jojo version to demonstrate some key things you should focus on. This lesson has a lot of things for you to work on, so keep coming back. And as always, HAVE FUN!

your vids are perfect. the information s just me but it suits my learning style,i understand that your trying to explain pacing and feel, i think of a rnb singer singing runs too keep it smooth, but i want it to be "2 Smooth" so i just practice your exercise with your vids in the background.
Wonderful video with great tips. Thanks Kerry!
A challenging piece as a beginner, but, I like it! Thanks!
Thank you Kerry, you are the tone king
thank you so much
Noice lesson🔥🔥🥵
it's difficult to see the chord diagram against the white wall. is it possible to change the diagram to a black or gray?
Thanks bro! Very useful. I think i really need to learn this. Cos i can even use it when i am singing and playing.
Bless you k2s
This is an awesome arrangement of a great standard well done man. I don't visit as often as I would otherwise as the massive volume jumps that leave me dropping the guitar to turn you back up when you stop playing to give instruction - if I'm not the only one to mention this I imagine you could easily compress the audio to improve it hugely and if you wanted to perfect it maybe ride the audio gain/volume on a once thru listen/edit in a vid edit app before posting? Anything you could do would be a massive improvement.
Either he hasn't read this or doesn't care.
Thanks for this it really helps
Super Dope!
Soulfireworks 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
I’m trying to figure this out… I play with a rhythm section that leaves me on an island a lot 🤣
