I'm so glad to have this channel...I've been doing your workouts for about six months and I feel toned. stronger ..better balance and posture...and look forward to continued workouts....the new sitting core exercises are great too....I am 71 now and need these at home exercises everyday....it has also strengthened my pelvic area which has also helped my prolapse...thank you ladies so much....

I have early osteoporosis because of a prolonged illness. My doctor was just emphasizing the importance of core exercises to aid in keeping proper posture. Perfect timing for this video!

I've done this video before but paid really close attention to you this time. I have a bad habit of forgetting to breathe while I try to do any kind of stretching exercise, such as this one when arms are stretched out. Sometimes hard to do when you're concentrating. So, a reminder is always appreciated!

I have been looking for a core workout to help with upper back pain- my core is really weak. I was so pleased to see this video! April, my physical therapist told me never to do those arm rolls you did. Said it was bad for your shoulders but of course it could have been because I had shoulder surgery. I really enjoy all your videos.
