Going to try this one this Father’s Day , I’m new to this channel but I made your vegan slice yesterday and it was amazing can’t wait to try this and the peppermint slice. , please keep doing your amazing recipes 😊 so glad I found your channel 🙏
@@realfoodhealthybody there are some on youtube but they use SOOOOOOOO much white sugar and yucky unhealthy stuff. I am not as familiar with substitutions so I thought that I would as you. !! Thanks for the reply by the way.
Yeah that's right - if you refrigerate a can of coconut milk overnight, the thickest "cream" part rises to the top of the can and the watery part sinks to the bottom. Then you scoop out the "cream" part to use in the recipe. You can also buy cans labelled "coconut cream" which have less water added than coconut milk, so you end up with more of the thick "cream" portion when you refrigerate the can overnight :)

I was like ah yes, a typical vegan cheesecake recipe UNTIL the spinach 🤯 I love the look of the texture of this. Yum!
Yeah the spinach is a bit unusual - just a small amount for the pale green color - you can't taste it at all :)
@@realfoodhealthybody its a great idea! For colour and also added nutrition!

Is coconut cream just coconut milk separated?
