Made it today, it was perfect. I added 1/4 of a package of flavorless gelatin so it would set faster, and it did, it took a couple of hours and it was ready to serve. Thanks for the recipe, everyone loved it!

Yes, you can definitely go about your regular business or sleep and your pie will be ready!
10 minutes also means made in 10.... before I go to bed. Next day, rush to work, get home and get ready for company, dinner and the dessert is already done....and it’s home made.

Aurora Banks I don’t mind if they do that. If they say it is good and you see them using it after it takes the should I or shouldn’t I out of it. Especially if I am in the market for new gadgets. Plus what ever she is making is good, she never cuts out to make room for the new gadgets.

I’ve been trying to make key lime pie for years but I always failed. They just never set. But then I tried this recipe and it set perfectly! It’s thick, creamy, tastes amazing! The only thing I would say is that this recipe is not tart enough for my liking, I’d say I’ll add 2/3c of lime juice instead of 1/2c, but overall this is a delicious foolproof recipe! This first time I had key lime pie was from a local cafe in Edinburgh.. I tried making it twice (different recipe) since then and it was ok...
I just saw this video yesterday and I had to try it, i made it this morning and it came out Amazingly delicious creamy balance sweetness with the tangy hint from the limes... adding cream cheese is just perfect..
I highly recommend this recipe for pie lovers !

So lactose free cream cheese whipped, add in the coconut condensed milk, fold in thickened lactose free cream. You can if you want, put in 1t of dissolved gelatine per 500ml to help set

Key limes are a different species than the one she uses. The pies were first made in the Florida keys on boats, using what the had in the larder.

I made this pie and absolutely loved it. .. I have used regular lime available at my place... And bcz its hot where i live, so i used a bit more of Whipping cream and added tempered gelatin to hold better.. And voila it cake out perfect 👌🏻 👌🏻 thanks for the recipe
