Just had my annual visit with my cardiologist. I no longer will have to take Blood pressure meds after being on Keto and IF and a weight loss of 35 lbs.

@@ranamalik9892 you didn’t say anything wrong. I believe people become very strange sometimes. One suggestion is to try seeing if you can call in on Fridays when he has a live video chat and takes calls.
Bought a bag of this off Amazon and started taking it two days ago. First off, I have noted distinct changed in my bladder issues. Last night I did not get out of be to pee until 6:30 AM. For the last few years I've been peeing 4 - 5 times a night. Also leaking and urgency issues have definitely lessened. I am quite pleased with the results, BUT, be forewarned: The taste and texture of the recommended dose in a glass of water is digusting. The first thing that came to mind "someone swept my garage floor and filled this container with it". It tastes distinctly like dirt and has a gritty fine sand texture. I don't think you could hide it a gallon of honey. BUT it is working. NO I don't think I will get accustomed to it, but I am very happy with the result so far.

I’ve got to say I’ve tried this for three days now nothing worked before it. I swear to God I am 100% cured. I have no feeling of an irritated bladder no matter what happens. I don’t know how long it’s gonna last, but my God from the first day to now is the first time in a month that I haven’t felt the irritated bladder at least a little bit, and I was diagnosed with interstitial cystitis.

I had a good amount of blood in my urine A couple weeks ago. After urine culture was done there is no infection so doctor sent me for ultrasound of the kidneys. It was found that I have kidney stones in my left kidney which I did not have back in 2016. The doctor suggested I see a urologist I had not made an appointment yet and it’s been several weeks with no reoccurring blood in the urine. But yesterday it was happening again no pain or infection or noting a kidney stone thank the Lord but still concerned because of the blood. I suppose it is time to see a Urologist but my faith in the medical field is very Skeptical because I work at a hospital not as a nurse but I know the things that take place I can’t help but not feel leery regarding treatment.
My 36 yr old son has had ongoing pain for many months. He finally went to er on Saturday and was prescribed something to break up a 9ml kidney stone. He finally passed it today. He still has pain but will see a urologist soon. I can't believe he passed something almost 1/2 inch. Even the er Dr said he'd never seen a kidney stone that size.

Dr. Berg suggest acv=apple cider vinegar to prevent kidney stones. Avoiding caffeine, cola, tea n lots of chocolate will help. Yes, he also recommended lemon juice everyday. One can add it to acv. Since I've been taken 4 tbsp of acv n 2 tbsp of lemon in a 2 glasses of water, n started keto/ intermittent fasting 3.5 months ago; no issues with indigestion, heartburn, feelings of fullness, or a lump in my throat. I had bad heartburn almost 3 times/week. I'm sure I had Gerd. Its all gone, thank God.
You need CT scan for the kidneys and a scope to look inside the bladder to check for the source of b..
My mother, sister, grandfather all live with hematuria (blood in urine) and it doesn't affect their lives! Sometimes it's genetic and with no cause or complications. Something to be aware off and to be monitored. Of course healthy lifestyle changes are a must. But please don't feel panicked, you can live a long healthy life with hematuria.

@@allthingspossible4569 . Nooooo. Since it said it might give looser stools, I SURELY did not need THAT . I just stick with my tried/true of grinding up a bunch of parsley in my blender, pouring the green juice out to keep for drinking. It works GREAT !

In the case of urinary tract infection, Varun helps to control burning sensation. This is because of its Mutral (diuretic) effect. It increases urine flow and reduces the symptoms of UTI like burning sensation during urination👍

I like you a lot dr berg but it’s quite a letdown when you mention these herbs but fail to mention the history and the country behind the science, like in many cases it’s India and the ancient medicine system of Ayurveda that discovered the herbs

I study natural remedies, and I have never heard of this. Thank you, Dr. Berg. BTW, d-mannose sugar will get rid of a UTI in mere hours if taken at the first sign. It simply makes the urinary tract so slippery that the bacteria can't hold on and get peed out. Does not get absorbed by the body. Also works for dogs and cats.

Hello Dr Berg, your videos are really helpful. My 70 year old mother has liver cirroses, she have to pee every 2 hours. No kidney infection stones or bladder issues.

I wish you would discuss FULL side effects of all these remedies you throw out. Varuna Powder is a laxative, strong diuretic and can cause high blood pressure.

Thank you, once again Dr Berg Your timing could not be better as my mother is suffering from persistent bladder infections. She is 91 and has had at least 14 of them over two yrs I will try this Varuna bark in the hopes it might ease the likelihood of more issues for her. Thank you and your great crew.
Your mother might have an embedded bladder infection. That is. A completely different issue and needs long term treatment.
Have you tried D mannose. And staying hydrated is key. It is hard to drink enough.
D mannose, the sugar component in cranberry, is great too for E coli bladder infections. Works on the cat too :-)
Firstly, I need to thank you for your videos. After getting a set of crowns with relatively new dental material that came onto the market, I get very frightening heart palpitations and could taste these crowns leaking. I think it may have been the glue holding them in. The dentist just denied the fillings leaked so I was on my own. After watching your videos on heart palpitations, I got a hair mineral analysis and potassium was so low it was barely showing up, if at all on the graph. I ordered some from overseas (its not readily available off the shelf in Australia) and they got about half better. Thank you. Potassium is now showing up as normal levels.

Thank you Dr. Berg! I swear you are listening to my phone conversations. Lol. When I can't find answers, a video from you always pops up! My Mom has been bleeding from the bladder and gets clots to where she is unable to urinate. I have to take her back and forth to the hospital. They can't find the cause but just treat by irrigation. I will try your suggestion to see if it relieves her pain and symptoms.

Very true, but only for e-coli infections.
It's from corn...and it doesn't work on me and many others. Nothing is one size fits all.

Recommended it to a dear friend, and it was the only thing that helped her in years.
It's definitely helped with my recurrent uti's. Was having one every 2 months or sometimes sooner. D-Mannose and probiotics are a win win for me.

Thanks very much for this Dr. Berg. I've got a precancerous condition of my mucous membranes and surgical trauma near my bladder so tend to need as much help as possible, hopefully this is buyable locally. I discovered recently that cranberry juice with sugar in it does bring on a lot of problems, more so than other things (coffee, alcohol, etc)

I have overactive bladder and it is affecting the quality of my life. I hope this works. I probably also have uti and my yellow urine won't go away despite me drinking plenty of water.

I'd had about all the symptoms except 3,4,5, that were listed on varuna bark I've been on it almost 2 weeks symptoms are almost gone! I am truly astounded and amazed as for the taste I'm not a fan but I take it with organic raspberry tea week lukewarm it makes a palatable.. Thank you Dr. Berg ‼️

I do that when I have a cold. Sneeze. And my bladder lowered. The doc said, they can out a splint to held it up. But no thanks. I'm not in no hurry for anything like that.

Well, I have started taking Varuna hoping it can help a bladder condition which I assumed to be an anti-biotic resistant uti that I have kept under control with probiotics for the past 11 years while sitting on a waiting list in the public system for an appointment with a urologist. I reckon this stuff must also be an antifungal. I'm certainly feeling what seems to be a die off effect as if its candida dying off. If I can stand to keep going, I will certainly report back to let you know if Vanurna helped my condition.
@Bok Choy - I stopped pretty quickly. My bladder issues, running to the toilet every half hour through the night was due to severe sleep apnea. Now, if I am careful not to eat sugar during the day and not to drink before bed, I can get up just once during the night.

turns out my incontinence issues were from severe sleep apnea. So I got the sleep apnea treated instead. But I remember that I did briefly use it before the diagnosis, and it helped.@@kittukittu1995

It's been a pleasure and a good help watching your videos. This is another topic (gall bladder), I have seen a lot of this in your videos, but never touch about the polyps in the "gall bladder". If you have time could you? Are polyps in the gall bladder cancerous? How could you determine if it could lead to cancer? How can you prevent or how can you get reed of an existing polyps?

I use adult diapers for my urinary incontinence. It has worked for 30 years.

I discovered that doing Wim Hof breathing exercises twice a day helps me with my overactive bladder. Sounds strange, but it works.

I was diagnosed with NAFLD a while back. Of course I wanted to research the subject to see what I could do to help myself, and found that Dr Bergs advice and recommendations on You Tube were/are absolutely brilliant. With his help I have now established a new regime involving diet, exercise, and additional supplements. I’m on a journey now which will hopefully result in a a positive outcome for me. Thank You Dr Berg for your help and enabling me to understand my situation.
I wonder how much of this you should take daily, I found it in a powder form but it was very vague about dosage.

I came across this vid and found Varuna powder sold at Sunrise Botabics but it’s really unpleasant as a tea. I purchased gel caps and have been taking it regularly. My question now is how many gel caps should I take a day and for how long before I see an improvement?

It can be caused by bacteria. I was diagnosed with that by regular doctors. Later diagnosed by an integrative doctor that it was from bacteria.

Never heard of this, but in Croatia, hospitals serve uvinH tea ( mix of herbs), that important for bladder and we even get it prescribed for UTI 😁
I wish they would give us herbs for treatment here in the states
