I had type 2 diabetes and spent time in the hospital back in June. They wanted to give me insulin if my blood sugar was more than 72, so I saw the food service offered cinnamon & ordered some. I drank 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon (it was ceylon cinnamon, much milder) 3 times throughout a 24 hr period, including around midnight because they would do a finger stick very early. The only time my sugar was higher was one morning when I went to sleep early & didn't drink anything with cinnamon in it for over 12 hours, but even then it was only 80! They were going to give me a shot but I told them to wait and test again later, I drank a cup of decaf tea w/cinnamon & my breakfast. Later my test came out under 72! I've lost weight & my last blood draw in Oct. at my regular Dr. had my A1C at 5.9. He said technically I was no longer diabetic! I'm still trying to lose weight but I've dropped 35 lbs since last January. I'm still using cinnamon with my meals & will continue because it slows down the absorption of sugar and reduces the insulin spikes What I found is most medical staff, especially doctors gave me dirty looks when I said the cinnamon works (they even started testing my blood sugar 5 times a day, quite excessive, if you ask me) but it was always low except for that one time. Too many medical professionals are stuck in the politics of pharmecuiticals or making kick backs with free samples to want to let go of keeping people on pharmecuiticals!😢

The average diabetic brings over 750,000 each to the Medical Industry, mostly due to the fact the synthetic-chemical based meds (incl the fillers & carriers) severely damage the kidneys over time, hence there now being a Dialysis Center in every other shopping center after Nixon signed a bill aaying the government would pay for it (back when there were only 9,000 people nationwide needing it). 70% of diabetics end up on dialysis, unless something else bumps them off first.
So there is zero incentive for our for-profit Medical System to cure diabetes, which is mostly a toxin-excreting HHV-4 variant viral infection of the liver or pancreas. Everyone carries HHV-4 semi-dormantly nowadays, with no 2 people having the EXACT same symptoms since their diet, viral substrain combinations, natural immune system strength, and toxin exposure all differ.
Cure is the same: 'Clean' low fat super-nutrition, with plenty of cancer-preventing colorful phytonutrients, 30+ trace minerals, plus sea, fermented, and raw vegetables ( thus active enzymes, phytonutrients, & iodine, etc.), all of which are lacking in the Western diet.

I have googled this many times but never found an answer that explains what is happening. I’ve also asked friends and they all say they dont experience this. For years I believed there’s no hope. I haven’t been to the hospital concerning this because no one seems to know what I’m talking about. You are the first person who has explained exactly what I’m feeling. Dr. Berg, I am a 66 year old pre-diabetic. To say that I frequently urinate is an understatement! I also have severe COPD. After watching one of your informative RUclips videos, I came to the conclusion that I may have a severe B1 deficiency, so I started taking it every morning. It's been about two weeks now and the heaviness and numbness that I have felt on the left side of my left calf (for nearly ten years!) is waning, and I don't have to urinate as often as I did two weeks ago!
Here's something else I noticed: I use Flonase spray frequently to unclog my nose, which is constantly stuffed. Lately, I noticed that I don't have to use the spray as often because I seem to be breathing much easier. I also have more energy during the day, and when I wake up in the morning the chapped skin that frequently formed on the left side of my mouth is gone! (Due to the COPD, I sleep with the left side of my mouth open and that's what has been causing the chapped skin to form on the side of my mouth every morning.) Thanks to watching your videos, I am feeling much better! Please keep posting them! You are truly a credit to the medical profession!

If you're pre diabetic you would be taking metaformin. Exercise has been the MOST effective way to control pre-diabetes. Do not depend on diet alone. Go to a gym, and do higher intensity exercise, as high as you are comfortable with.
If you don't know, most grain based foods are fortified with vitamin B groups. Look in the nutritional fact panel if you want to know what I mean. If you eat a lot of junk foods, you do not have any vitamin B deficiency. Fact is most food in developed countries are often fortified or enriched, but if you really want to make sure you are getting vitamins naturally, eat whole grains. Unless you live in a third world country you shouldn't be having much vitamin deficiency.
However in my case pre diabetes doesn't adequately explain my urination problem, because my A1C is already out of prediabetes range, but the problem persist. In fact for me my experience has been more of my body seemingly needs less water than normal. Means I pee a lot, pee comes out crystal clear, and I'm not thirsty nor have I drank a lot of water or liquids. Not sure what is the problem. Problem is worse in the winter when I don't sweat a whole lot.

Hi Dr Berg. I’m a 16 year old female. Last summer I became anorexic. Tofu and spinach were the only foods I didn’t fear to eat, and so I ate a lot of soy for about a month. I lost a lot of weight, the condition of my skin was terrible and I experienced a lot of stress. In autumn my mental health went back to normal. I got really concerned about my period loss. I even started eating meat again after years of vegetarianism. I’ve been feeling very good lately, I even grew a little bit taller, and look a lot healthier, but unfortunately there’s still no sign of my period 😞. I’ve gotten it once in January, but then it just disappeared again. I don’t stress a lot nowadays, but sometimes I start panicking due to my period not coming back. What should I do?

I have one tiny beef with physicians and others who begin to explain technical matters, mention anatomical or biochemical terms, and say, "you do not need to know that." That gives me pause because it is condescending. Just as you can understand technical terms, so can we. Therefore, I encourage you to use the technical terminology, unapologetically, and educate us; then, move on. If you can learn "big words," so can we. Thanks again for your great service.

I'm 73 with fibromyalgia. I have urine incompetence. The fibromyalgia came on at age 30. A wise Dr. put me on vitamin B shots which helped immensely. I would become so exhausted before each weekly shot that my mind wouldn't work. Total exhaustion. After divorcing the complete care of my four children fell upon me. I was able to go back to college and later work as a teacher though ended up hospitalized which extreme allergic reactions or unable to walk. It took 17 years to diagnose. The shots literally saved my family life. Teaching school took me to another state where shots were not given and it was rough. I recommend shots for those that don't do well on pills or drops. Fifteen minutes after a shot I could think clearly again and my strength returned. I'm a near invalid now, disabled as weekly shots are a no go in this state.

Thank you Dr. Berg for your informative videos. According to the late Edgar Cayce who was the Father of Holistic Medicine, he advised riding a bicycle regularly to help prevent bladder leakage. Also with regards to the bladder, I know a woman who had six children and never had bladder leakage. And guess what? After having her first child, part of her exercise routine was lying on the floor or bed with her legs up like she was peddling a bicycle. Years later, she also bought a stationary bike and used that while she was watching T.V., etc. She never had bladder leakage her entire life - she's passed on - and could never understand why other people ended up with it. I wish she were here so I could tell her that she was doing what the late Edgar Cayce recommended! So riding a bike and using your suggestions with consistency, I'm sure will prevent and/or resolve bladder leakage.
