People need to also remember the PS4 is at the end of its life cycle. A PS4 Pro with an internal SSD will still get you a lot of mileage. But PS4 Slim along with PS4 Fat are are at the end of their life cycles so stuff like FPS will struggle more as games get more graphically demanding with the new consoles. You can only do so much to make your consoles run like it did at launch.

Eh... If it's still doing that it can possibly probably be thermal throttling at some points I'd recommend Dusting it and possible thermal paste redo OR if you reeeeeally want to experiment...... Liquid metal... But thermal paste is still perfect for it. But actually not dry thermal paste if it's still the original if it can't dump the heat well it will lower the frequency of the APU making is actually slow. Did that with my PS4 the original one because the fan was loud too yeah and it did sorta feel like it would hitch here or there did that and that was gone.

Hi, the way that you're describing the issue, I guess it's a frame rate issue. It's like you sometimes get screen tearing, and you can feel it. However, it can't be fixed by doing some settings, but try to turn motion Pulse, digital clean view and stuff like that off in your TV. secondly try to turn game mode off (if you don't play MP games) in your TV. and last but not least, try going to PS4 settings > system > turn HDCP off. The last method makes your PS4 faster and higher frame rate. However, as long as it's off, you can not open apps like Netflix or Spotify, so you need to turn it on before doing that.

Hi, not actually the way I said, I was not a pro when making this video, having too many clips and stuff only slowed console UI in my case, and game performance doesn't get affected unless your HDD has bad sectors and making it full forces that to use those parts and may drop performance, I forgot to mention all of these.
