The 2024 summer track and field season is finally here, and after months of training, I'm ready to race my season openers over 100m and 200m. The big goals of the season are to qualify for the European Championships and Paris Olympics, whilst breaking my 10.21 and 20.23 PB's!
I'm excited to get the season underway and start working towards those PB's and standards, let's get after it!

Yeah I think so for sure, with the ankle issue that I carried out of the indoor season we reckon I’m around 4 weeks delayed in terms of sharpness, so coming into June we should be good to go🙏🏼

Nice work man. Smashed the competition. It does seem that your start is quick & choppy with your chin coming up early. The key I always taught is "long & strong" at the start. I'm sure your coach probably has it under control. Congrats again.

I think it’s definitely possible, I’m aiming high! If I can break my 20.23 PB I’m right on that 20.16 standard, if I make the team then the aim will be to progress through the rounds and ultimately to make the final!

I’d have loved to have raced against Asafa Powell, I’d say Noah lyles too but I’ve already raced him a couple times!

Last week I just had to do what was required to make it to those races, so yeah was probably a bit fatigued by the end of the week, but have had plenty of rest this week and ready to go 🙏🏼
