This video is the first of what will be a series documenting my Progression throughout the 2024 Olympic season and I’m honored that you have decided to follow along.
I intend to highlight the highs and lows of my life as a professional track and field athlete and invite you into my life to get to know me in ways the media may not show.

Greatness to me is surpassing the expectations of everyone around you, including yourself, without losing your sense of humility.

Greatness is what separates yourself from others because regardless of what they say for instance about track (“running is easy”) they don’t see the hard work, dedication, and commitment it takes.
Greatness means a few things to me. They include achieving remarkable success in all things that I put my mind to, making a positive impact on the world, being a blessing to other people, and constantly striving to improve myself in all aspects of my life since I know that I am not perfect. Achieving this will help me to fulfill my potential, leave a significant mark on the world, and to embody qualities that inspire people around me.

Greatness is not a term that only the greatest athletes achieve, nor is it something that only other people can give you. You yourself can also tell yourself how great you are by setting goals and celebrating the small wins that come along with the journey to achieve your ultimate goal. When you achieve your goals and take the abnormal approach to achieve them is when you will reach true greatness
Greatness means to me the balance between individual performance and the collective spirit of a team working towards a common goal.
Greatness is what everyone trains to become
For me greatness is doing what no one else has done in a way no one else has done it before
True Greatness is shown with how well you respond to adversity
Greatness is knowing you have to get through the hard times to get to the goal.
Greatness to me is when are succeeding in the sport you love and when everyone wants to be just like you when you race because you are great
To reach true greatness in the sport you compete in or the business that you run is by working as hard as you can possibly work, taking advantage of all opportunities, and taking on adversity head on and not shying away from challenges. This will prove what your character is like in hard times. You have to be calm through the storm to reach Greatness
Greatness happens in practice and trainings! During games and meets is when you showcase your greatness
In the means of track and field, greatness means breaking my own records and personal bests, staying consistent, being versatile, inspiring others, and having longevity! I am a freshman athlete in college and I just had my first meet on the 1st of this month and I see that I have things that I need to improve on, of course, but I need to work on not being so hard on myself because if I stay consistent and work hard the results will come in due time.
Greatness is in the form of discipline - the purest form of self love. Those times when you get up early and you work hard. Those times when you stay up late and you work hard. Those times when you don't feel like working, you're too tired, you don't want to push yourself, but you do it anyway. That is the dream of greatness.
Greatness means to me embracing both victories and defeats as opportunities for growth and learning.

The bar for greatness nowadays is so low people can be great by going to the gym, being great means outworking and out performing those who are seen as the hardest workers the best performers
Greatness is dedication, sportsmanship, and the ability to inspire others in the running community by persevering.
Greatness if simply being one of the best
Greatness is about looking forward, in good times and bad.
Especially in hurdles, where so much can happen.
Greatness is not just about achieving success or notoriety, but about doing something that has a positive impact on the world and the people around you. It's about making a difference, whether that's through helping others, pursuing knowledge, or expressing creativity. Greatness can take many forms, but I believe it's ultimately about living a life that is meaningful and purposeful.
To me greatness is achieving your goal. Greatness is not the eyes of others. Greatness is winning your life not the life of others. Greatness is your choice.
What greatness is, it’s about leaving a mark. Knowing with all the blood sweat and tears you put in, that you put something significant in this world. Greatness is never easy, but it can happen
Greatness: The quality of being great, distinguished, or eminent.
Great: Of an extent, amount, or intensity considerably above the normal or average.
Greatness means to me the art of perfecting techniques, from sprinting form to pole vaulting precision.
Greatness is the outcome of putting in hard work. Constant practicing, making sacrifices, and no matter the circumstances you just train to be great.
Greatness means to me a journey of self-discovery, pushing boundaries, and celebrating the resilience of the human spirit.
I think greatness is all about pushing your limits and inspiring others. I think you breaking records can be a way to achieve this, but things like being an influencer will inspire others as well. If you're talking about the GOAT (GREATEST of all time) they have to break records or at least come clos to it. Pushing limits can also be achieved by breaking records, but pushing personal limits can be just as important. If you get a PB, you will feel great, which is the start of greatness.
Greatness is the result of putting forth relentless effort. Regardless of what gets in the way, your unique “why” won’t allow you to stop until you achieve greatness. Greatness is undeniable!
Greatness isn't how other view your success but how you do, because your the one putting in the hours of work, dedication and sacrificeing everything to reach your goals and dreams

Im 16 and from a very small town so i dont think i have the beat idea of greatness but to me its accomplishing something despite the challenges, being able to do what you want even when faced with mental and physical stressors. Greatness is rising past adequacy and becoming the best version of yourself.

Greatness isn’t some that can be taught it is something that comes from within and that you have to want more than anything because your coaches can’t want it more than you. It’s simply not possible
greatness to me is very similar to success. ive been recently questioning what success and greatness is and i believe it progression. outcomes wouldnt make sense because i could be the best at something since birth and not have any growth. and sticking to the process isnt enough because that doesnt imply any movement. so i think improvement in the mind, body, and soul while honoring God in the process is greatness
Greatness is an accumulation of positive values and this makes people improve their social relationships, being in a competitive system and inspire and transmit good values is better because we are not only the best in the case of athletics for being faster or stronger but also for the values that we transmit to the world values are everything in greatness allows us to improve ourselves as human beings and that is something important in greatness or being the best it is useless to be the best if we are not better people or we are full of values and love.
